Worst subway we've ever been. The cook (which looked like she was hired yesterday) was also the cashier, she did not know how to prepare the subs (she asked us what were the ingredients for every sub we ordered), there was no soup, she told like 5 customers she wasnt taking any orders (refusing to give service several times), she charged us more than she shouldve had (instead of sub meals she charged us every item individually), she was fighting with the "manager?" the whole time, she was complaining the whole time as well and place was dirty, ingredients were messy and she didnt know how to speak english. Honestly it looked like it was a joke, wow, we could only laugh at this experience in the end but I truly hope this place closes for the sake of Subway and their customers.

So we ordered online a pickup order. We were missing our drinks and some of the sandwiches didn’t have the correct items in them. Which would have been fine because those things can be corrected with good cust svc. However we didn’t have that. We had a very rude cashier lady heavy set and a sandwich guy who snatched the receipt from my wife’s hand and seemed to be talking in circles instead of correcting problem. There was one smaller gentleman older, who provided excellent customer service however, at that point it was too late. One grade employee cannot cover up for two terrible employees. If you eat at the subway, check your order, check your receipt!

We were mistreated by Wendy. She was aggressive and disrespectful to clients. His partner, with great patience, treated us very well, but we will not return to the place and we do not recommend it. Wendy did not help serve, even though there were 9 customers waiting.

Worst experience at Subway. Never again. The woman who served us obviously hates her job. Even wore a sign on his chest that read “Prisoner Way.” When she sorted out the cucumbers in the container in front of us, which were already rotten, but left the rest in the container, I lost my appetite. As read in another review, she also spoke to herself in Spanish with us. She certainly offended us as well as the other guest who mentioned this in his review and understood her. If you feel like getting food poisoning from poor service, feel free to eat here.

I came in with my girlfriend and the worker yelled at me get out and come back. For no reason. It destroyed and ruined my evening to be honest - never ever have I experienced something like this as a regular on business trips to Miami. I hope the manager sees this and have a talk with the worker. This was discriminating in highest calibre and humiliating. Best, Michael. I visited today this time for 2 minutes ago.
