I been having a very bad experience lately here, I went to eat there today at 8:55 but the woman there told me they weren’t letting people eat there at that hour anymore it’s weird because the other days she’s not there I have passed by and I had eat in there even more late. and the same lady told me that i couldn’t had chipotle cause she was gonna have to make it, I’m thinking the amount of people that have had a bad experience with her. I’m not passing by subway if I see she’s working

Ok. This is Subway and you should know what to expect. But service is bad with an unacceptable bad treatment by some of the staff. This is so general and pervasive that makes you think that the management knows it and allows it. BTW for $15 a sandwich (they limit your slices of tomatoes!) and a coke is not cheap fast food any longer. you can go to Le Sandwicherie a few blocks away in Collin’s and 74, for example, and you get signature sandwiches and drinks with nice staff with smiles.

They skimp your sandwiches. They put 2 very thin slices of ham and the rest was all bread and lettuce. And then they charged me 11$ for it. Worst subway I ever been too. Horrible experience! Just go to Publix deli, your way better off trust me save your money

They told me that you can't choose what to put on each sandwich that it has to be as it comes, if I don't want tomato I have to choose one that doesn't have tomato if I want jalapeño you can't because it doesn't have it, the truth is I just found out that it is like that One always chose what to put to each person's taste.

I visit this place a lot, however I have never had the time to express my opinion. In fact, I have visited almost all the SUB WAY in Miami beach and this one takes the award for the best. It is a super clean place, I would say impeccable, they serve quickly with Great professionalism and the truth make this place charming, relaxing and making you want to return. I recommend it to you guys.

They kicked me and my cousin out for our “aggressive” dog even tho she’s a service dog, cursing us out. The customer service was terrible, workers looked like they didn’t want to be there, so why are they? Horrible service overall and really rude

I went to subway just now and before ordering I asked if they accept coupons via the app. So, I proceeded to order my sandwich in store. The sandwich maker only put very little sauce on my sandwich so I asked if I could get more sauce to go. The sandwich maker then proceeded to tell me they have no sauce to go because of no cup. I asked if the sauce could be put into a soup cup and he said I would have to pay for soup. Which is $3 so then I asked if I could put it into a cup. He said no I have to pay for the drink to use the cup which was $2.69. So I then asked why I’m not being charged for the sauce only around $1 extra seemed fair to me. Then the sandwich maker told old me no and nothing is free. He then proceeded to get into an argument with me and my boyfriend because he wouldn’t give me sauce unless I paid over $2 for a drink or soup to get the cup. I asked to talk to the manager and the guy proceeded to tell me I am the manager. I asked for the owners information and he would not provide it. I was not asking for anything for free and then received horrible customer service by the MANAGER.Come to find out after the fact they do take the coupon code via the app so apparently the manager doesn’t even know how to do his job properly. Stay far away from this subway unless you want to be over charged for everything. This is the manager at the store and he clearly needs some training in customer service.
