Took my friend to get a sandwich that was visiting from states away, and it was an awful experience. He simply ordered a pizza sub with pepperoni, provolone, and sauce, not even toasted. The employee proceeds to squirt what seems like an entire jar of mayo on top of his pizza sub and we both instantly tried to stop her. Rather than make the sandwich over, she tried to scrape the mayo off, causing it to mush more into the sandwich. We explained to her she needed to remake the sandwich, because regardless of if she scraped her mistake off, it would still taste like mayo and he hates mayo. We tried to explain this to her for what felt like 20 minutes and she just argued with us. Not really an argue, but more of an annoyed shrug with no response to anything except she wasn’t making a new sandwich. I’ve never in my life experienced anything like this in a customer service situation. My friend got so frazzled that he just left with the sandwich, but I was so upset. I told him we should just walk out and leave her with the sandwich. This was the employees mistake, which she refused to fix, and my friend still had to pay for their sandwich even though he didn’t eat it. I will never ever go back.

This was probably my worst experience at a subway. The girl was extremely rude and acted as I was an inconvenience to her. Not to mention, I was in the store for about 2 to 3 minutes before anybody ever even came from the back. Anything I asked for on my sub was a huff and a puff. When I asked her for extra onions, she literally told me this is not a restaurant. I have never been given so much attitude for somebody doing their job as I did going to the subway.

I visited the Subway in Normandy today, March 26, 2025, and I have to say, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The staff member working there had long fake nails—about 10 inches—and even longer fake lashes. His face was heavily made up, and he had a greasy appearance, wearing a dirty shirt. To top it off, the gloves he wore only covered half of his hands because of those ridiculously long nails. It was truly disgusting.
From the moment I walked in, he seemed annoyed to see me, as he was on the phone. After hanging up, he barely acknowledged my presence. I attempted to place an order through the app, and when I tried to explain how I wanted my sandwich, he completely ignored me. Despite asking him multiple times, he told me to sit down or he wouldn’t make my sandwich. When I insisted on watching him prepare it, he became even more upset.
While making my sandwich, he was also texting on his phone, wearing only one glove. He touched his phone and then proceeded to touch my sandwich, which I found absolutely unacceptable. I provided a picture of this for reference. He claimed he had been working there for 14 years and said there was nothing I could do about it. This attitude was incredibly disrespectful. When I asked for my sandwich to be toasted, he refused, saying it wasn’t an option on the app. He finished making my sandwich and threw it at me, making me feel unappreciated and violated.
Afterward, I checked the reviews for this location and noticed that they were overwhelmingly negative, with numerous complaints about this same employee. It’s clear that Subway has done nothing to address this issue, which makes me feel like they don’t care, especially since he’s been there for so long.
It's really unfortunate because I love Subway, and this store is just half a minute away from my new home. Now, I’ll have to find another location. This experience has left me very disappointed.

The shopkeeper discriminated against me due to a disability that requires me to have mechanical assistance in my movements. You will be hearing from my legal team.

The man who serves is awful, he has 30-inch nails and his gloves are torn, therefore he touches all the food with his disgusting nails. And how is a person with 30-centimeter nails work making sandwiches?

Hi , me and my friend George Balsamo went into the Subway at 913 71st street in Normandy Isles Florida . My friend had originally ordered a meatball sub . And the hired help refused to put the toppings saying it doesn't come with or that .
As far as your additional questions , I can't answer simply yes or no on . It would've been take out or eat in , IF we got out order .

I been having a very bad experience lately here, I went to eat there today at 8:55 but the woman there told me they weren’t letting people eat there at that hour anymore it’s weird because the other days she’s not there I have passed by and I had eat in there even more late. and the same lady told me that i couldn’t had chipotle cause she was gonna have to make it, I’m thinking the amount of people that have had a bad experience with her. I’m not passing by subway if I see she’s working

Ok. This is Subway and you should know what to expect. But service is bad with an unacceptable bad treatment by some of the staff. This is so general and pervasive that makes you think that the management knows it and allows it. BTW for $15 a sandwich (they limit your slices of tomatoes!) and a coke is not cheap fast food any longer. you can go to Le Sandwicherie a few blocks away in Collin’s and 74, for example, and you get signature sandwiches and drinks with nice staff with smiles.

They skimp your sandwiches. They put 2 very thin slices of ham and the rest was all bread and lettuce. And then they charged me 11$ for it. Worst subway I ever been too. Horrible experience! Just go to Publix deli, your way better off trust me save your money

They told me that you can't choose what to put on each sandwich that it has to be as it comes, if I don't want tomato I have to choose one that doesn't have tomato if I want jalapeño you can't because it doesn't have it, the truth is I just found out that it is like that One always chose what to put to each person's taste.
