They hire people who don't want to work or who hate the night shift. glued to the cell phone and denying that they don't have anything to eat, please improve customer service because there are people who want to work.

Someone hacked my subway account and ordered cookies, I tried calling here to get them cancelled or at least make sure the person who hacked my account didn’t get them. Got hung up on twice. Was told the person who hacked the account already picked them up. A part of me feels like the person I talked to was the culprit. Horrible customer service.

The lady who works there doesn’t have any idea what customer service mean, even I think she has mental problem (god forgive me ) the way he treated me when I went to get a sandwich was disgusting, she even was making comments about me while she was preparing the sandwich, and then I ask her to just do light cheese and she got crazy telling me I doesn’t come w light cheese and she added xtra cheese to my sandwich, she was very lucky I was on a good mood because other wise i would loose it lol

Today, Subway gave me the best lesson in how it treats its customers. I arrived to shop around 12am and the lady I was going to call out of respect for her blue jeans treated me badly and I complained to her and she told me that on her part She does it, I think she's Cuban. Because she said for her bun... this is the ultimate in good treatment.

I give it a star because it doesn't let me give an opinion without giving it even 1 but they really don't deserve that, it's a shame that they have such unpleasant employees in places as popular as these. The lady who helped me is the worst in customer service, rude, disrespectful and poorly educated. I hope that the next time (if there is a next time) that I visit the place she is not working because it is the worst.

Terrible, I just came from there. I've been to this location like 10 times but this was my worst experience. Lady was extremely curt and rude couldn't say hello thank you goodbye etc. Nothing. I just grabbed my sandwich and walked away. Terrible experience. If you're in South Beach find another location like on

I was starving and had to use the restroom after Art Basel. I came in with my husband, grabbed 2 waters from the fridge and headed to the bathroom. The lady working on 12/7/2023 at 5:30 pm refused to give me the key to the restroom until we paid for our meal, because the restrooms were for customers only. We explained we planned to make a purchase showing the water in our hands, but she didn't trust that we would still be customers after using the restroom. We promptly returned the beverages we grabbed to the cooler and left.
