Terrible Customer service. Lady working there on 11/10 at 3:30pm, needs training. Doesn’t speak when customers enter the building, “are you ready yet” was all she said the whole encounter, she acted like scanning my QR code was so much trouble! I don’t know if I came on the wrong day or to the wrong location but I can’t understand why this small restaurant was so filthy. The worker was on FaceTime while making sandwiches & had an attitude. My son’s sandwich was so poorly made. He couldn’t enjoy it. I love subway but come on now. Find some workers that are excited about working and can maintain the restaurant. I know it’s an old building but that doesn’t mean it should be neglected.

I ordered through Uber eats. Didn't ask for mayo and they put it on both sandwiches. Im allergic to mayo. I can't figure out why they would just add mayo to someone sandwich. Read and pay attention when ringing up people's order. Don't just add toppings that was not requested! Tried calling the Store a few times but no answer. Please do better !

Don’t waste your time here. Seriously… don’t bother.

Both the staff were unspeakably rude . Neither had much of a grasp of English.
When ordering it seemed like a lot of aggravation … and they managed to screw the order up.
When it came to paying it was $25 then mysteriously lowered to $20 when they saw we were paying in cash.
It was a very uncomfortable experience.
I’ve seen some say worst subway in Miami and I have to agree.

If i could rate it negative stars i would. Nobody there spoke any english (which we were okay with because we speak partial Spanish) but the lady behind the register started being extremely rude and started getting an attitude with us. When i asked if i could make a blt she literally just said no. DO NOT go here.

She then proceeded to give me bread with essentially nothing but avocado and raw bacon. We will be contacting corporate about our experience as nobody deserves to be spoken to the way we were just for ordering.

She also covered my sandwich in a ton of things i never asked for.

Terrible service! The lady with dark hair didn’t even acknowledge me when I’ve entered. I sat there waiting for her to even acknowledge me for couple of minutes. She was looking at me, but nothing else. Felt very uncomfortable, I even thought they still haven’t opened, but it was 11:30am. Anyway, when she did acknowledge me, she was extremely rude. I left and didn’t take my order.

It’s not the first time I go to this subway but today I had to leave my 2 cents here this place is small and not clean people that work there are either distracted or unhelpful I was trying to order which takes 10minutes tops since it was empty which now I know why it was empty but the wanna be blonde that works mornings didn’t even let me bring my bike inside and this is high foot traffic street and someone can easily snatch it I was in hurry so didn’t bring my lock any ways she lost a sell today and for the foreseeable future cuz this store is not worth it trust me best to go to cvs and get a cold sandwich cuz this subway overpriced and u can see the bugs flying all over the supposed fresh ingredients

Food was great and I like going to this location because no matter what time you go it’s always been fresh for me. This time when I ordered online my order said ready and I get there abd the lady hasn’t started my order yet. Also I bought the meal and I wanted a bottle drink instesd of cup and she said I couldn’t exchange it and pay tje difference I would need to buy a drink which was $3.5. That was annoying and she didnt know English

i had a terrible experience at this subway. the service was awful they don’t speak to you properly and have no patience to explain anything. the lady with blonde hair was especially rude, and i’m almost sure she overcharged me. but honestly, it wasn’t even worth spending time arguing with her because her attitude was just horrible. they really need to improve their customer service. i won’t be coming back.
