I went in to grab a quick sandwich during my break, but the service was very unprofessional. The employee kept prioritizing online orders over the customers who were actually in the store. When I tried to order, he just said “give me a second” and continued with online tickets. I ended up leaving without my food because it took too long and I had to get back to work. Very disappointing experience.

I recently visited this Subway location and had a truly disappointing experience. The service was horrendous — the staff member was extremely rude, even in front of other customers, and it was so bad that even her own coworker seemed annoyed by her attitude. This is not the level of customer service I expect from Subway.
I ordered from the Subway website and even had screenshots of my order ready to show. When I tried to explain my order, the staff member ignored me and just walked away. It got to the point where I had to ask her, “Are you even making my order? I don’t understand what you’re doing.” This is not acceptable customer service. I expected better from this Subway.

Terrible service. If you're not used to eating at this type of establishment, the staff should be more attentive and explain how it works. Sending my son to read the sign isn't a good way to serve a customer; putting on a sour face and acting ironically isn't appropriate. It's disrespectful, and I obviously decided to leave and not buy anything.

Need some English speakers it’s very hard to communicate orders if you don’t speak Spanish only.

The menu is in English but the employees only speak Spanish. I tried using google translate but I saw the sandwich that I requested not being made. Not really sure what happened. I think they asked me to wait for someone who could speak English. But I am not sure. A real lost in translation moment. We walked out.

Terrible attention!!!! The lady who works at night told me that the bathroom was already closed, 10:15 and they close at 11 pm, they make such a big chain look so bad. He started cleaning over us, my 9 year old daughter and I, the smell was intolerable!!! It's a shame, I have photos!

Check your pickup sandwiches BEFORE leaving. I don't get why it's so hard for this store to make an order correctly. Ordered Italian herb bread, got regular. Ordered American cheese, got provolone. Ordered banana peppers, got none. Ordered lettuce, got a sprinkle. When I picked it up there were NO other customers inside so them being busy isn't an excuse, it's just laziness. Sandwich wasn't even fully cut in half.
