Great service and food quality.
I was skeptical because of all the negative reviews.
But everything was very clean. Neat presentation. Excellent service from the staff.

I mean the food was just subway. It was the same as any subway. When she cut the subway wrap, it was so messy. All the olives came out. The cut was so messed up and she did not even cut it properly. When I told her for less cheese, she just threw all the rest of the cheese she was holding onto the bread. It’s just bad. Not coming back

The younger girl working today had a terrible attitude. It was the first place we visited in Miami and she was so rude for no reason. The older lady was nice. Also they didn’t speak English

Was using English language to order and if seems that staff didn’t understand and then when I told something twice which she could not understand; they each starting speaking something in their language and laughed.

Not the worst place to grab a bite, but definitely not the best. The service was kind of shotty—staff seemed disinterested and not very attentive when taking orders. Prices felt a little high for what you’re getting, especially at a Subway. The restrooms were dirty and absolutely reeked, which made the overall experience feel pretty gross. That said, it was one of the cheaper options nearby and happened to be open when I needed something quick, which is really the only reason I stopped by. Wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.

Garbage establishment. Obviously no cares there and there’s no one upholding any standards for a place that requires no skills at all except for the ability to read. I used Uber for my order and when it was delivered (not their fault), nothing was correct. One sub didn’t even have any meat or cheese on it. This place is trash and everyone there deserves to lose their jobs.

Terrible service, wanted to close the door 1 hour before closing time. No English at all and didn't put any silverware for my salad! Unbelievable, I'm really sorry for the owner.

Terrible service from the 3 workers who were there. The 3 of them were sitting in the back talking and not attending to the customers. When I asked them for the bread I wanted, which is number 23, they only put 2 slices of salami and lots of vegetables, I asked them to please fix it and they got upset.
