Not like other Sugar Factory restaurants I have been to. This is VERY small. Food was decent at best. Would not go back or recommend.

My visit to Sugar Factory Miami was unfortunately very disappointing. The menu listed online was completely different from what was offered in-store, which was frustrating after planning a special birthday celebration for two 8-year-olds. The experience was not at all as advertised and felt extremely overpriced for what we received. Surprisingly, there was no kids' menu, which is odd for a place that clearly markets itself to families and children. We weren't allowed to make basic substitutions like swapping fries for a side salad even with an upcharge. We drove an hour each way expecting something special, but it was absolutely not worth the trip. The $30 rainbow sliders for kids came with no sides, which is outrageous. The popular smoking drinks were priced between $33 and $43 way too large for children and more of a gimmick than anything enjoyable. To top it off, a single slice of cheesecake cost $19. I'm from NYC and have no issue paying for quality food and a fun experience, but this definitely was not it. Overall, it was a huge letdown, and I won't be returning.

My experience here was very good. I enjoyed the ambience and food was very delicious . The customer service was great . The only thing that I did not like about this place was the drinks. The drinks were overpriced and honestly didn't taste much of the liquor more like juice to me . I try 3 different drink for the $39 special all taste like h Juice do not recommend the drinks here .

Horrible the food and the service was very bad, half of the menu wasn't available because chef was sent to the new Factoria de Azucar and not one plate was hot or fresh.

Servers were having a conversation through the duration of the meal. I had to ask the lady cleaning the tables to gather the servers attention. My burger came out fine but the breading was soggy.

Awful food. No juices for kids, no beers/wine. The sliders meat was shoe sole quality. Everything on the menu is very high calorie - focus on taking patrons down the diabetes path.

Food was fantastic and our service was amazing!!! Some guests that were there were really loud and made it hard to enjoy our time but the staff moved us to another area with out us asking and we fully enjoyed the rest of our dinner !! Good job sugar factory!!

Everything came out hot and fresh.. Everyone was friendly I best didn't like that we could've easy make adjustments.. For example I wanted a salad but it came with blue cheese I asked could I replace it for any other cheese but I could not. Same with anything else I would try to alter

This is no longer the sugar factory. It was somebody that put the sugar factory in another location. It missed the ambience of the sugar factory, and the food was horrible. The food was fried so hard I could hit my chicken tender on the table, and couldn't bite into. The rainbow sliders came back undercooked, and when we sent them back, they came back robbery and the buns were hard .The menu was mixed with sugar factory items , and Nikko's pizza restaurant unfortunately it was a horrible dining experience for a fun outing on Valentine's Day. Oh, and I forgot I had to tell them that the roof was leaking inside the restaurant but our server was wonderful. He really tried his best.

Beware- this is not the Sugar Factory which is included in the pictures. It's a completely different vibe and does not match the pictures. It's a corner restaurant which doesn't seem to be affiliated with sugar factory aside from them pulling a menu out from behind the cash register. May be a good restaurant, but not what they're advertising in pictures. Misleading.

I was looking up the Sugar Factory since we were visiting the East Coast of FL and when I googled it a Groupon ad came up. Everyone loves a deal, so I went to their site to see what the offer was. They had $80 worth of food and drinks on sale for $53 so I booked the Miami location as that was the only one offering the deal. Now note, we were staying in Boca just 5.2 miles from the Boca Raton location, so going to Miami was a 53 mile drive. I bought the Groupon and booked a reservation. I got a confirmation email and text. A few days before our reservation I got another text saying they relocated to a different Miami Beach address. Upon arrival there were no signs saying Sugar Factory. There was a metal door with a metal fence that you could see a courtyard, the door was however locked. Eventually a lady on the other side said the entrance was around the corner. At the corner of the building was what looked like a bar and we opened the door (still no signs) and the people inside smiled, I said where is sugar factory? and they said that was their new location and due to the rain we could sit inside because they were new to that location. Small space and not the hype of sugar factory. We were only the second table of patrons there. Our waiter asked if we were using a Groupon to which we said yes. Only to be informed they are not accepting them and we "should expect a refund" (hasn't happened and now I have to fight with Groupon to figure out how to get my money back). There was no offer for an inhouse match of it or literally any discount off the bill because of it. We had a toddler and we're never brought a high chair. Food was okay, nothing to write home about. To make up for lack of ambiance and hype we let my preteen order a dessert shake. Our bill was just over $160 before tip for mediocre food, zero sugar factory wow and now we get to figure out how to be refunded on Groupon. We will definitely spend our time and money elsewhere next time on vacation.

The original location was being remodeled, without any signs or warnings when reserving the table I was not notified so the birthday dinner I had was not planned as needed due to little space and the experience was not the same because the dining area was completely different. No type of pink was in the dining area. I am extremely disappointed for not getting any warnings. If I did, I would have reserved at a different location.
