We went around 6:30 on a Friday and it was just us and one other family! They were super nice and friendly, the food was good! I would go back

I just went to the Sugar Factory Miami. The place is cool. That being said - I took my 9 year daughter there because I imagined that she would love it, and I arrived in a place with music with lots of cussing, no kids menu and "I could care less" vibe from the waiters. Do not get me wrong - they were nice. But they do not care if you have kids and they have music that could hurt them. So, not kids friendly. Other thing - prepare to pay a lot. Maybe is the "Miami experience"... If you are parking - so spots available. The valet only accepts cash or Zelle - so the guy has your phone number and you have no protection.

The food is great, the burger is delicious, the onion rings are amazing, and the cocktails are phenomenal. Very Instagrammable!

Not like other Sugar Factory restaurants I have been to. This is VERY small. Food was decent at best. Would not go back or recommend.

My visit to Sugar Factory Miami was unfortunately very disappointing. The menu listed online was completely different from what was offered in-store, which was frustrating after planning a special birthday celebration for two 8-year-olds. The experience was not at all as advertised and felt extremely overpriced for what we received. Surprisingly, there was no kids' menu, which is odd for a place that clearly markets itself to families and children. We weren't allowed to make basic substitutions like swapping fries for a side salad even with an upcharge. We drove an hour each way expecting something special, but it was absolutely not worth the trip. The $30 rainbow sliders for kids came with no sides, which is outrageous. The popular smoking drinks were priced between $33 and $43 way too large for children and more of a gimmick than anything enjoyable. To top it off, a single slice of cheesecake cost $19. I'm from NYC and have no issue paying for quality food and a fun experience, but this definitely was not it. Overall, it was a huge letdown, and I won't be returning.

My experience here was very good. I enjoyed the ambience and food was very delicious . The customer service was great . The only thing that I did not like about this place was the drinks. The drinks were overpriced and honestly didn't taste much of the liquor more like juice to me . I try 3 different drink for the $39 special all taste like h Juice do not recommend the drinks here .

The vibe is amazing and Miguelao and Mauricio were so welcoming and definitely made me feel amazing and welcomed and they played me
On paper scissor rock and since my mans beat one of them of it we got a grand gesture! Thank you so much for making this birthday weekend so memorable!

The food was great just when they put the sauces on the sandwiches there was so much on it didn't taste right it was tooooo much....and besides that food was great. I didn't like how the guy kept cleaning my table and reaching over our food to get the napkins we wiped our mouths on the side of out plates... grabbing plates when we was not fully done clearing off the table.... 3 ppl 1 drink that did it's thing price was 150 something.... all around it was ok. I love wall the famous ppl on the wall.

Indoors is small, outdoor area is good only if they had the tables on a deck or something and not have the tables close to the bathrooms, also there are air-conditions in that was dripping water into our table almost going into our food and drinks. Service wasn't good at all. we sat there for about 30 minutes before we got seen just when we were about to get up and walk out a waiter finally came and attended to us. There's nothing amazing about sugar factory food. This place is basically for the kids & adults to enjoy the drinks, but i have to say the lobster ravioli will be my go to whenever we go back to sugar factory.

Went for a desert and a slice of cheesecake is OVER $20. The cheesecake doesn’t appear to be made there. And the size was incredibly small.
Service was very scattered. Think twice before visiting.
