Food was good at first, towards the end the bowl just became extremely watery and took the joy out of the bowl. The Buddha bowl was visually appealing, the taste did not match. However, it wasn’t bad either, it was meh, the only good thing about it was the granola, nuts, etc.

Cashier who took my order was not enthusiastic at all, for a shop with an LED sign saying “love, heal, and inspire” the worker certainly didn’t showcase those values.

This is the definition of what is wrong with Miami. No wonder this company started in California. Two times I have been to this store because of chance, and the two times I have received 2 different products despite ordering the same thing. Extremely expensive for what it is. Who pays 18 dollars for a yoghurt? Ordered a matcha smoothie that costs 20 dollars, and I can’t believe I did.

Really nasty customer service! The girl also completely forgot my order and had customers who came after me get their orders before. When I asked about my order they just walk around with no regard. You'll be waiting 20 plus minutes for a juice. Also when I asked for a refund they voided my payment but couldn't give me a receipt and the manager couldn't keep it together, was very loud and abrupt when I just wanted a refund and a receipt. Very nasty for a holistic juice spot.... save your energy elsewhere.

If you want a delicious $20 smoothie that will give you food poisoning, this is your place. I went here yesterday with 2 friends and we all ordered the shroom shake. A few hours later I got violently ill with diarrea, headaches, chills and exhaustion. I did not expect a place that prides itself on being organic and high quality to be the source but I called my 2 friends and they were also sick. We spent all last night throwing up and having violent diarrhea. I called the manager to let them know about the ingredients and to obviously get a refund. Kai, the manager said he had to speak to his GM because I asked for a credit to buy coconut waters and some other packaged products to get me through this (I’ll never buy a smoothie or bowl again from here). They weren’t even phased and couldn’t be more cold on the phone. They said they’d issue a refund and that’s it. I don’t think they’ll investigate it at all. This is the worst food poisoning I’ve had in years and they couldn’t be bothered. Don’t trust this place just because of the prices- no quality control and horrible customer service.

I’m a regular at Sunlife, ordering multiple times a week, sometimes even daily. I used to love the s’mores smoothie, but it always tasted different, so I stopped ordering it. Now, my go-to smoothies are the mint chocolate chip or the mystic smoothie. Today, I was at the bank next door and placed a pick-up order. The time from when I placed the order to when I went to Sunlife to pick it up was less than 10 minutes. However, the consistency of my smoothie was very watery, and the taste was off. So, I came back after trying it and apologized. I told them that there was something wrong with the smoothie and asked if they could remake it. The guy who helped me said that they usually don’t do that, but he made an exception for me. He made me feel like I was inconveniencing him, which I don’t think was necessary. If the smoothie tasted right, I wouldn’t have come back. It’s an expensive smoothie, and I’ve ordered it multiple times a week and had it delivered by Uber Eats, and it always tastes great. But this one that was made immediately was completely different. It tasted chalky, like it had too much protein. It was still off and not good. I took a sip and threw it away. 100% not the same smoothie. And I hated that I got told that for this ONE time only they would remake it for me? Makes me never want to come back or order from here again.

A gluten-free haven in South Beach, where Celiac-friendly is unheard of. Virtually everything is gluten-free! SO many gluten-free and keto snacks! Every kind of vegan/gf smoothie add-on you can imagine! Vegan and keto protein powders, bone broth, açaí bowls, you name it!

The smoothies here were good, just a heads up it’s not nut allergy friendly! My friend ordered a matcha, and the latte was made in the same blenders as the smoothies with nuts. The cross contamination ended up making her need to use an epi pen. Probably a better place for those without major allergies!

Really good but so hard to justify the price (smores smoothie)

Poorly run location no CA style. Don’t bother

The gentleman who took my order appeared to be in a rush and seemed somewhat indifferent to my preferences. However, the young lady who handed me my drink was very kind, though she looked visibly tired. As for the iced strawberry matcha, it was disappointing. The drink was overwhelmingly strawberry with little to no matcha flavor. As someone who enjoys matcha daily, it didn’t meet my expectations. For any matcha lovers, it’s worth noting that they don’t prepare it in the traditional Japanese way—they blend it instead.

It’s on the pricier side but it was my favourite smoothie in Miami (and I had a lot of them!) very friendly and helpful service too :)

So slow stood there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order no one came so I left. Horrible service and the place looks dirty.
