The last two times I have ordered for lunch the orders have been accepted but then canceled after 45 minutes. Don't bother ordering any time around 11:30 AM because they will accept the order, then cancel it 45 minutes later when it's too late for you to get something else ordered between noon and 1.

Horrible!I placed an order on Uber eats and the restaurant opened 1 hour late and when I called no one answered. They weren’t apologetic at all! my driver had to wait for the order

Giving this place a 1 star because of their rude customer service. I called to SIMPLY to ask if they do catering and the first lady that picked up, had some broken English (I’m not judging) said she didn’t understand me so I asked if there was someone else I could talk to. Shortly enough she says she’ll pass me to the manager and then hangs up! After, I wait a few minutes and call again, this time a male picks up. Again I just addressed that if they do catering, it’s a simple yes or no answer, next thing you know he hangs up on me as I’m talking. I never write bad reviews, but I had no choice to leave this here in hopes they can see how horrible they treated a customer on the phone. Excuse me for just trying to help out the business.

This joint just became one of my top 3 Poke spots. Just found it and didn't do what I usually do, bookmark and come back later, no I saw it and immediately went to try it. Newly opened, like a couple of months ago, is now my favorite in Miami Beach. I went for the spicy tuna bowl made with super fresh tuna, seaweed salad, Tempura crumb, avocado, spicy mayo, sesame seed, eel sauce and arugula. I must say they know how to make a really good poke bowl and that's because one of the main things to make it amazing is to keep it simple. Like the gentleman that took the order mentioned, nowadays they're getting too creative with this dish and that's the wrong way to go about it. What I love most about this one in particular the perfect balance in texture and flavor ...crunchy, moist, warm, cold, tangy, sweet and most importantly, fresh ingredients. I really enjoyed this Poke so much that I just had to write about it while seating there. I tried this jasmine green tea, unsweetened but very refreshing. Staff is very friendly and attentive from the moment you step in and the service is really fast. I have to come back to try a few other items on the menu like the salmon avocado bowl or, in case you didn't know, you can create your own.

The dining wasn’t open and they only had 1 chair at the “bar”. The rice quality wasn’t very good. The beef was okay. Wouldn’t go back.

My go place whenever I’m in the mood for a poke bowl or need a quick dinner. Delicious and fairly priced. Would definitely recommend.

The place is great but not for large orders, is a nightmare when a group of people order from here since they don’t label the bowls and is impossible so follow what’s in the bowls. Is an hour of playing detective to find each other’s food

breakfast sucks everything smells and tastelike fried old bacon
