My family and I stayed one night at hotel above this cafe. We went to the cafe for breakfast. It was a waste of money and our time. The pancakes were cooked with butter tasting batter, the eggs were scrambled so hard we couldn’t eat it, the coffee was very watered down. I asked for the Honolulu breakfast and they brought me out something completely different. When I brought it to the waitress attention, she brought me out three slices of watermelon to make up for it. First I was very irritated that she thought I would Like watermelon because I was of color and when she did bring it out, it was discolored and looked old. The entire meal was absolutely disgusting and the silverware was dirty. We asked for plastic ware instead and it took 15 minutes after she brought the food out to get the last ware. I do not recommend the restaurant or the hotel attached to it. #worstvacationever

This place may not be good for people of color. Me, my hubby and adult daughter went to this spot and we were seated at a location outside that we had to make adjustments to. After making adjustments, we saw the staff come out the and just stare at us. We were not offered water and no one was coming to serve us. After they finished starring at us and went back inside, my hubby went in to ask if someone would be serving us. A girl who was standing there doing nothing followed my hubby to the table to take our order. I said enough, let's go. As we were leaving, we saw all the staff come back out to serve others. We are removing this restaurant from our weekend list. Hopefully they will improve on hospitality.

You're forced to pay extra for street parking, and it's neither secure nor convenient, contradicting the listed amenity. 2. **Paper-Thin Walls**: The lack of sound insulation in the walls was a major problem. I could hear everything happening in neighboring rooms, including intimate activities, making it impossible to rest peacefully. 3. **Unwelcome Noise**: To top it off, there was a barking dog in one of the rooms, creating a constant disturbance. This unexpected noise was not what I expected when booking a hotel room. In summary, these issues seriously detracted from my experience at 'Notebook Miami Beach, ' making it an uncomfortable and disappointing stay. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel due to these significant problems.

Not what was advertised Room was ran down and reaked of an odor Floors were cracked, plumbing was bad and toilet leaked. You couldn't pay me to stay at this hotel! The o lu good thing was the location.

Look, there's a lot of negative reviews here, but you really pay for what you get with this place. A group of English lads coming for Music Week, we were never going to be in the hotel for much of our trip, just to shower, sleep and get dressed. We booked far in advance and got this place cheaper than usual. I probably wouldn't stay here again, I'd pay more money for a better place, however for our first time in Miami, this place got us through. The rooms are not great and the shower not pleasing, however the team at the hotel are very good as we would regulary get our beds changed given new towels. We were there for 10 days and we really just used to it because on a arrival, we instantly regretted but when leaving, we were going to miss this place. The reception staff were very helpful for us, although I see reviews that they weren't to others.
Although I enjoyed the stay , unfortunately the property has still not reimbursed my $100 deposit , not acceptable have emailed the hotel no reply , make sure you get your refund as you check out and don’t believe that they will reimburse in the 24 hrs they say .unfortunately this has marred my opinion of the hotel hopefully this will not happen to any more customers .

The location is just great. Very convenient to get from the airport. And the hotel is easy to reach from anywhere. There is CVS nearby and you can buy everything you need there. To the beach 5 minutes walk. The room is not big. Fairly clean. The bed is fresh. The bathroom is small. There is only one towel. The room has a refrigerator, alarm clock, TV, free wi-fi.

What horrible service for breakfast, the young woman serving barely spoke at a level we could hear, showing she really did not want to be there. That’s fine, I get it. But then when we ask where our coffee is, the other staff said use the other one that belongs to a buffet way over in a separate corner we have no idea she got annoyed and continued to give bad service like it was out fault.

DONT GO THERE!!! The worst place ever you can imagine!!!! They still my bag and didn’t want to check the cameras because I could see it!!! There is an ugly guy working on the reception his name is Alexandro or whatever! He told me 3 different stories that the camera don’t work after that that is working and than that the menager needs to check it but the menager was selling corn on the beach and never show up other than that it’s dirty old and smells like shhhht!!! BE CAREFUL
