This unexpected noise was not what I expected when booking a hotel room. In summary, these issues seriously detracted from my experience at 'Notebook Miami Beach, ' making it an uncomfortable and disappointing stay. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel due to these significant problems.

Not what was advertised Room was ran down and reaked of an odor Floors were cracked, plumbing was bad and toilet leaked. You couldn't pay me to stay at this hotel! The o lu good thing was the location.

Look, there's a lot of negative reviews here, but you really pay for what you get with this place. A group of English lads coming for Music Week, we were never going to be in the hotel for much of our trip, just to shower, sleep and get dressed. We booked far in advance and got this place cheaper than usual. I probably wouldn't stay here again, I'd pay more money for a better place, however for our first time in Miami, this place got us through. The rooms are not great and the shower not pleasing, however the team at the hotel are very good as we would regulary get our beds changed given new towels. We were there for 10 days and we really just used to it because on a arrival, we instantly regretted but when leaving, we were going to miss this place. The reception staff were very helpful for us, although I see reviews that they weren't to others.

Although I enjoyed the stay , unfortunately the property has still not reimbursed my $100 deposit , not acceptable have emailed the hotel no reply , make sure you get your refund as you check out and don’t believe that they will reimburse in the 24 hrs they say .unfortunately this has marred my opinion of the hotel hopefully this will not happen to any more customers .

The location is just great. Very convenient to get from the airport. And the hotel is easy to reach from anywhere. There is CVS nearby and you can buy everything you need there. To the beach 5 minutes walk. The room is not big. Fairly clean. The bed is fresh. The bathroom is small. There is only one towel. The room has a refrigerator, alarm clock, TV, free wi-fi.

What horrible service for breakfast, the young woman serving barely spoke at a level we could hear, showing she really did not want to be there. That’s fine, I get it. But then when we ask where our coffee is, the other staff said use the other one that belongs to a buffet way over in a separate corner we have no idea she got annoyed and continued to give bad service like it was out fault.

DONT GO THERE!!! The worst place ever you can imagine!!!! They still my bag and didn’t want to check the cameras because I could see it!!! There is an ugly guy working on the reception his name is Alexandro or whatever! He told me 3 different stories that the camera don’t work after that that is working and than that the menager needs to check it but the menager was selling corn on the beach and never show up other than that it’s dirty old and smells like shhhht!!! BE CAREFUL

This hotel is in a great location. It is one block from the beach and close to many of the top notch hotels. It is also close to places to eat. The room was clean and I had a very large bed. The bathroom was small. I had a hard time with the shower, as the plumbing barely functioned. But the main issue was that the toilet barely flushed. I would do my business while I was out of the room. I went down to catch the WBC. I also did some touristy things. I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. I was able to sleep on two nights. Had a really good sleep on those days. But on the other days, there were always loud, drunk and inconsiderate people. One night there was real loud music while people sang at 3AM. I went to the front desk twice but there was no one there. I called the number given to me, but no one answered. I also had really loud people above my room on another night. Not sure if I would go back but I have to admit the price was cheaper for the area and I was traveling alone.
IT SHOULD BE CALLED THE "NO-BOOK!!!!! a nightmare beyond words!!!!!!the low price should have been a giveaway! I was ready to check out 5 minutes after I checked in. Alexa was super nice and showed me 4 different rooms since the owner refused to allow booking.com to cancel my reservation. so basically I was stuck there for the night. the elevator has been out of service for approximately 4 months as I have been informed by reliable sources. the vibe in this place is 1920s....audrey hepburn and marilyn monroe. the owner must be obsessed with her. you literally see marilyn everywhere. cheap flowers everywhere. the toilet is from the 1920s . rusty....old....and 99 cents store plastic shower curtains. a walgreens shopping bag in the garbage can LOL and there wasnt even a strainer in the sink. the toilet did not flush at all. oh and the toiletries....looked like condiment packets.the bar of soap was the size of a ketchup packet. i was so nauseated I didnt take a shower in the morning. dirty shower curtain and bath mat. the towels were awful. tiny, thin and old. there wasnt a box of tissues in sight or even a phone to calll the front desk. i wasnt informed that there was a microwave available if needed at the front desk. no coffee or tea in the lobby or in the room. there was lots of rust and hair everywhere. the a/c can not be adjusted at all. no dead bolt on the door. every sound i heard scared the cahoots out of me. someone was arguing in the lobby at 7.30 am and woke me up. the curtains were half black and half white....so weird.!!!! the pics will speak volumes as I dont even know what to write anymore. by all means stay away from this cheap dumpster. WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A BIG FAT ZERO....DOESNT DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR!!!! one week later and my $100 deposit still wasnt returned. i had to call the hotel to reverse the charges. ????

No coffee for a breakfast buffet! The worker didn’t seem to care and just said that the coffee machine was broken.The breakfast room was in the basement and dingy. Further we were supposed to have breakfast included with our reservation but that did not happen so . . ..

My experience was horrible at this place. Waited 20 25 minutes. Got no service at all. No menus No water No one came to our table. We came in went to bar ask if we cld sit anywhere? Was told yes sit anywhere. From there no one came to serve us. Three different waitresses walked by our table. Neither of them acknowledging us never even looked our way. Like we weren't even there. As a black man it was the most racist experience I've ever had in my life especially since all the other customers who were seated were white with drinks and food at their tables.
