LOOOOOOVE. The BEST omakase I’ve ever been to… and I’ve been to a few! All the sushi is like an explosion in your mouth. The chefs Jeremiah and John are so nice and creative and explain everything. The host Julio went above and beyond for me. Pricey but so worth it

Probably the best sushi on the beach, by a country mile (in terms of freshness, quality). Beats Blue Ribbon and any of the smaller, more casual outfits

Team does a great job making you feel special.. and very welcomed. The Bamboo Room bar is super cool.. never even knew it was there!

The personal touches like having your name written on a placemat make a difference. Really cool how staff remember your name too

Chefs Arrel and John do a stellar job explaining the backdrop for how each creation was concocted.. and where exactly they sourced the ingredients. Super super cool.. and feel this helps firm up the experience

The dessert was ok.. nothing to write home about. The sushi was outstanding

We had the most wonderful experience. From the moment we got there, we were treated so well. The vibe and atmosphere was spot on. The sushi was so fresh, with unique and delicious flavors. The sake pairing was also a nice touch. I cannot be more pleased with my experience. Looking forward to going back!

great chefs and great liquor director. what a team. the flavors are unique and linked to the countries whrre the chefs were born. one was peruvian and incorporated aji amarilla based sauces, while the uni was AAA grade from japan. traditional yet riskay on flavors. my favorite piece was harissa rubbed for god sakes. 5 stars from the pickiest fish snob. 💪💪💪
