Quality is the worst of any sweetgreen I’ve been to. The mixed greens are wilted and decomposing half the time. The chicken is hard more than half the time. The servings are often smaller than other locations (or than make sense). Yet still $20+ for a salad. Please do better.

Witnessed employee making my salad by using her hand to grab the all ingredients and put it in my bowl instead of the designated scoopers. Not only is this incredibly unsanitary, it also cross contaminates all of the ingredients making them completely unacceptable for people with allergies.

I got the Elote Bowl. Clearly the person making this could have cared less - didn’t even bother to fill the salad up to the FIRST line. Completely crumbled chips. I get it, it’s probably not the best job but was relying on this to be a real meal not a subpar, expensive pile of leaves. This was $21 in total. For reference look how this salad is advertised.

I am a regular customer to this locación. So I feel pretty confident when leaving this review. The service today was horrible. The Store associates Rachel, Mike and the so called manager on duty Marc were really unprofessional. . They dont know anything about customer service experiencie . Rachel and Mike often display a very hostile and intimidating attitude towards customers .And the so called manager Marc was also on the same page as the other employees. The Quinoa was without the lid cover and it seems the food got contaminated from the environment. Disgusting

Love this place! Great vegetarian options. Love the tofu and spicy tahini dressing. The sweet potato with hot mustard is awesome.
