Swizzle Rum Bar & Drinkery

I ordered a deconstructed pina colada from this bar. The bar is located downstairs below another bar. Please don't bother wasting your time or money at the upstairs bar. The atmosphere at Swizzle Rum Bar is super chill and laid back. Cozy, dark space to relax. Not a lot of seating, but this cannot be missed. You have to go. Anyway, back to the drink that I ordered. From reading reviews, this is how I found out about the deconstructed pina colada, because I didn't see it on the drink menu. I'm still dreaming about my drink, almost a month post-vacation. 🤣😂 This deconstructed pina colada is everything!! OMG. The goat cheese sauce (?) that comes on the side with the pina colada takes this drink to a whole new level. The goat cheese is sweet. This is a nice sized drink. The liquor weaves in seamlessly. My bartender gave me directions on how to drink this pina colada: take a sip of your drink, dip your tongue into the goat cheese and then take another sip of your drink and enjoy!! I need to go back to Miami just to order another one!! I ran out of goat cheese before I could finish my drink, so I asked for another serving and my bartender brought me more. If you don’t see this on the drink menu, ask your bartender about it. You won't be disappointed. 🥰😍🤩

Jeremy is the absolute bomb, make sure if you come here you ask if he’s working because he is the best. I was somewhat surprised about the spot and wasn’t sure but Jeremy made sure he made us feel at home like back in Orlando, great personality, and great person GIVE HIM A RAISE PLEASE!!!

Was a little skeptical of the bar at the beginning, but when we went to the lower level it felt like we were in a whole different world. Jeremy, one of the bartenders, was one of the most talented and nice bartenders I’ve ever met. I’m always coming here when I’m in Miami.

This place doesn’t miss. The cocktail menu and consistency is a highlight of the venue. I’ve brought so many people here, and every time we get the same excellent experience. Love their piña colada, it’s deconstructed, each zip is equally delicious from the cocktail concoction to the ice to the little side shot. This is one of the Miami spots that’s worth to spend your 💸.

A nice place with good and cozy vibes. The drinks were average despite the fact that this bar has got good ratings. It is a speakeasy with loud music but good enough that you can still talk. Service is fine and atmosphere is awesome. Music is good too. Overall a good place to hangout with friends.

Our bartender Jeremy was outstanding. One of the best signature cocktails I’ve ever had… high quality alcohol, real herbs, real fruit juice. Delicious.

Luis took care my fiancé and I and made us off the menu drinks. They were amazing and he was so happy to let us know the origin of the drink. We loved this place 10/10 recommend!!! If you come here, definitely ask for Luis!

It is the first time I come, we come from Mexico and the concept caught our attention, we feel like we are in a top bar in the city of Miami, we come for drinks, I like the diversity of the people who are in the place, the service Mike was very good from the beginning
