Run, don’t walk to this hidden gem. A two Michelin star in the waiting, this places hits all the notes. Coal-kissed madai and corn cannelloni are stars, desserts are unreal. Highly recommend!!

This was by far the most interesting experience we have ever had. The creativity is beyond belief. So many flavors combined to create perfection. Thank you to the chefs and servers for making our experience an unforgettable one. Simply amazing.

An exquisite and intimate meal. I've seen negative reviews that complained about pacing and value. I dispute both. I found the time in the antechamber for a couple of bites and a cocktail was pleasant. In the dining room, the chefs plate the foods in front of the diners, so although I was eating solo, I thought there was plenty to keep me occupied. The courses flowed at a good pace. The food was $195. That included two small bites in the antechamber, 7 courses on the menu in the dining room, a few surprise courses, a glass of champagne (not prosecco or cava, the real stuff), and a gift to take home. Every bite was special. They were kind enough to accommodate my dislike of tomatoes. I noted that the other party had a couple of restrictions (one preference and one allergy) that the staff was also attentive to. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Each course is served and presented by the chefs. The dining room only seats 12. The night I dined, it was me plus another party of 7. It really felt more like a high end dinner party than eating at a restaurant. I will go back!

Having the opportunity to experience places like this, as someone who works in the kitchen, goes far beyond just dining, it's inspiration. Michelin made an excellent choice with Tambourine Room, though in my opinion, it deserves a second star. From the very beginning, the first cocktails for my husband and me were exceptional. Every detail felt intentional. I won't go into specifics about the dishes because I don't want to spoil the experience, but it is absolutely worth it. Thank you, Tambourine Room, for an unforgettable evening.
The Chef's, Service and Food was Amazing. It was our second time there, but there was 1 problem that could prevent us from going back a third time: We sat for 3 hours with way too much time in between courses. It is difficult to eat for 3 hours and we started losing our apetite after 2 hours. We loved the addition of starting out in the cocktail room, but that did not help to keep the experience under 2 hours. We skipped the 2nd desert and asked for the check, which we wish we didnt have to do. If they figure out how to keep the entire experience under 2 hours, like they did last year, we would go back. YOU CAN'T HAVE SO MUCH TIME BETWEEN DISHES. THAT WAS THE MAIN ISSUE.
This was an unexpected wonderful experience! The food was delicious. Thank you for making the evening so enjoyable.
Amazing place to celebrate our 2nd anniversary, the staff was great and the food and wine pairing Spectacular
Great experience from the special cocktails to the unique private room with in room chefs. Food was excellent, and well crafted high-end Michelin like dishes. The desserts in particular were phenomenal. The wine pairing was pretty good, but the price was lower so that was fine.
Everything was exceptional from start to finish and price is reasonable for the food and service

We have eaten at the Tambourine Room the last two times we have visited The Carillon / Miami and have loved our experience both times.
It was worth it the food and the presentation was amazing , and understanding the chefs represtations for the dishes prepared created a theatrical experience, a must try
6/5! My wife and I had a lovely experience at the Tambourine Room. The chefs and staff were very personable and present through the whole meal, the food was incredibly delicious (and you could sense the care and creativity that went into each dish), and we would absolutely recommend. It is pricy, but we thought it was well worth it.
Fantastic food and service. I liked the cocktail pairings. Definitely deserves its Michelin star--or two stars! Right-sized portions for a 7-course (!) tasting menu.
They need to charge more for this, and it is actually 10+ courses. Highly recommend and very underpriced for what it is.
