Vladimir was the most attentive and charming server paired with the genius level food made the experience unforgettable. The pastry chef even sent us home with an additional cake to eat the next day.

This wonderful intimate Michelin experience exceeded our expectations. The quality of the food, exquisite presentation, and attention to detail created one of the best chefs tasting experiences we have had. Vladimir was an exceptional host and educated us through each course with passion and dedication to ensuring we had the best experience. He even adjusted the room temperature to ensure our comfort! Thank you for a wonderful evening!

It is one of the two Lloyd best restaurants in Miami along with Robuchon. An unexpected delight. The only problem was I came a bit late because of traffic and was not served the first two courses as result as everyone eats at the same time

We had the most wonderful time in the Tambourine Room. What a perfect combination of exceptional haute cuisine and gracious service. Add to this the impressive wine list and expert advice from our sommelier and you have an evening to remember. This restaurant has earned its Michelin star and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an experience that rivals the best international restaurants.

Fantastic experience. Will be telling friends and family that this is a must stop dining experience in the Miami area.

From the moment you step into Tambourine Room, it's clear that this small, yet stunningly decorated gem is something special. The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming, with every corner thoughtfully designed to create a perfect dining environment. The experience from start to finish was nothing short of extraordinary. The service was impeccable—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about ensuring every guest felt valued. It's a level of hospitality that you'd expect at a Michelin Star restaurant, and they delivered on every front. As for the food? Each dish was a masterpiece in itself. Not only were the flavors bold and perfectly balanced, but the presentation was a true work of art. Every plate was bursting with color, texture, and flavor that made each bite an experience to savor. The wine pairings were nothing short of perfect, enhancing the flavors of each dish without overpowering them. It's clear that the team has a deep understanding of both food and wine, elevating the meal to another level of sophistication. All in all, Tambourine Room is everything you would hope for in a Michelin Star establishment and more. A memorable dining experience that is simply unparalleled. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a culinary journey that delights all the senses.

My wife, daughter and I had a sensational experience at the Tambourine Room for my wife's birthday. We wanted to do something special and this restaurant did not disappoint. Each course was unique, bursting with unexpected flavors, and beautifully presented. For me, the oyster, halibut, and squab were the stars, but everything we were served was absolutely delicious. Our server, Vladimir provided exceptional service, and made the experience even better. He took the time to explain all of the dishes, their components, textures, and inspirations, and was personally engaging without being intrusive. The room is historic, intimate and beautifully appointed. Its Michelin star is well deserved, and we are really looking forward to going back to try the new menu in April when it changes for the Spring. highly recommend the Tambourine Room!

The main course was completely decadent and worthy of a 2 star Michelin. The service is great, it can get on the chillier side once seated for an hour. Service was AMAZING all of them. Table spacing can be a bit smarter. We started with a pre dinner amuse of pork belly taco (good), then a croqueta of bacallo (even better), then crab one bite (best) followed by oxtail soup (good); next amouse of oysters and caviar (really good but not quite the oysters and pearls taste from Per Se or French Laundry); next was bread and butter and the only places to match are the Modern and Epicure in Paris (Devine); then shrimp with artichoke lemon (Devine); then Atlantic Halibut (Best in Show - i do not like Anice and it was so balanced in the Tarragon and with the black garlic that i could have had a vat of it -thank you); then palate cleanser of whiskey/mango/passion fruit (Really Good) then the squab (WOW);the rest was desert and a disappointment. Look i get being cutting edge and i can bake as well at the level, she needs balance to reqlly represent Puerto Rico and dessert better (this is the reason for 4 stars and onpy reason). She is young and needs a mentor before going to this level. Some suggestions: she has a delicate but simple Bombolini but too simple and then puts it with a ginger ice cream thst is too strong, she forgot the balance with lime and cream...make it a flan ice cream on the creamy sode and then throw the ginger in, the flavor will be more Puerto Rico and then more balanced. Also why Italian? Ho Getmsn or Puerto Rican, invent the mini dessert Mofongo, you were too out there to show off spice in a dessert but wothout the delicate balance that this level calls for. You need time because the skill is clearly there. Overall i am really happy the Tambourine Room is in Miami and look forward to returning. Merci and Dankeshern Heir Tristan, you make Escoffier proud!

My wife and I had a truly exceptional dining experience at the one-Michelin-starred restaurant in Miami. We are familiar with Michelin-starred restaurants already, so we have high expectations, and it was great that this one stood out to us. Miami has a vibrant food scene, but it's not always easy to find restaurants that meet Michelin's high standards. The fact that this restaurant was unique and exceeded our expectations suggests that it's truly doing something special. One-star Michelin restaurants are recognized for their high-quality food, skillful technique, and consistent excellence. It's clear that this restaurant hit all the right notes for my wife and me, and I'm sure we'll be raving about this experience for a long time.

Tambourine restaurant cancelled on us 4 hours before arrival. Next availability the following weekend when we're long gone. We came all the way from London and stayed at the Carillon specifically to experience this restaurant, only to receive a lame 'unforeseen circumstances' cancellation notice 4 hours before arrival.

We had the immense pleasure of celebrating my wife's birthday at Tambourine, and it was an extraordinary experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, thanks to our fantastic server, Vladimir. His attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel truly cherished throughout the evening. We were very lucky to have a personal experience as we the only ones there for the evening and that in itself was incredible.

The six-course tasting menu was nothing short of phenomenal. Each dish was a stunning work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The wine pairings were expertly chosen, perfectly complementing every course and elevating the entire dining experience to new heights.

We will be talking about the shrimp, halibut and desserts for a very long time; truly culinary masterpieces!

Tambourine is a culinary jewel in Miami, and we can't recommend it highly enough. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking to indulge in some of the finest dining, this Michelin-starred restaurant is an absolute must-visit! In fact, this place deserves a second Michelin star.

This is another one Michelin star restaurant that deserves two stars for the food and service (they will never get it, as they don't have their own bathroom facilities, as is common for hotel restaurants). We've eaten here twice now. The most recent meal was fantastic. The squab in particular was the best I've ever had, by a wide margin. The halibut was exquisite as well. I highly recommend eating here.

Note that it's a single seating every evening at 7pm, and all the tables are served each dish simultaneously, so they are less able to accommodate dietary restrictions than most other fine dining restaurants.

Tambourines is a Michelin star restaurant. We had 7-course tasting meal tonight. It was a delightful experience. The food was delicious. The presentations were beautiful. The service was impeccable. The whole dinner lasted about 2 1/2 hours. Highly recommended if you want to have the Michelin experience.
