3-course menu (which is only 3 courses by virtue of there being three primary courses - we actually had several more than three).TR has carefully cultivated an entire experience around their tastings, and it was a success for my visit.Food quality is impeccable. Presentation excellent. Flavor is very carefully crafted and typically had a complex array of different flavors to savor. Wine pairings were great. Wait staff was flawless and constantly attentive in just the right amounts.Food highlights were the tuna, duck, duck dumpling, and the pineapple/hazelnut dessert which was incredible. It's on the pricey side for a 3-course Michelin star - you can go to Stubborn Seed and pay about the same for a much larger-course meal of similar quality - but overall it was a fantastic experience.

We had a business dinner at the Tambourine Room Thursday night. There were four of us and we had the entire room to ourselves. We were welcomed with several small bites before the tasting menu started. The wine parings were great with every course. This is definitely a great Michelin Star experience.Vegetarian options: We has a vegetarian with us and they have a vegetarian option of every tasting menu item. I love meat but this is definitely one of the most vegetarian accommodating places I have seen.

I am going to talk shit but I have to say upfront, the food was perfectly executed. The service was incredible. The waiters literally wore black gloves! I can't not give people working that hard anything but five stars. Still, I would absolutely never come back or recommend this place to anyone. It is AGGRESSIVELY Miami Beach. Gold leaf and foams all over the place. It is like A.I. created a Michelin star restaurant. It was the eating equivalent of watching a robot perform a perfect gymnastics routine. There was no soul or story to be found. The food, while insanely well made, conveyed no message and left no impression other than "YES THIS IS GOOD FOOD."As objectively good as it was, I just can't remember a single dish. I can't stress enough how little personality there was in this restaurant. The playlist was like a touchtunes in a 2009 Sears. Decore? Theme? Nothing. The dining room looked and felt like a repurposed meeting room There are hard working people in this restaurant really performing their roles so well. It just feels like this place is being run by the Chat gpt. of restaurateurs. Miami has SO MUCH MORE to offer.

First of all service is not at a Michelin level I've been to numerous Michelin restaurants. Got there asked for the wine menu and cocktail menu, they don't have a cocktail menuWaiter gave me the wine menu- never came back to ask me what I wanted off of it.Second- didn't understand a word the waiter was saying- I've been to Michelin Restaurants around the world and the you can always understand the waiter when they r describing the food. So overall - no this restaurant is not there yet- wait a few months perhaps it will be. Also/ the price is NOT worth the food

7th time in a Michelin restaurant and by far the worst experience. So much overrated.

Great experience overall. The service is attentive and anticipates anything you might need. The space itself is nice but everything echoes, and you can clearly hear everyone else’s conversations in the room. Better for larger groups in my opinion for that reason. The food itself is really creative, molecular gastronomy. It all looks amazing on the plate. Still everything could have had more flavor. I’d take a worse presentation with better taste any day. I would not repeat for that reason, given the price, but was glad we did it once.

We had the 3-course tasting menu, which turns into 6-7 courses, and it was a delight. You can tell the chef really thought about the flavor profiles and how to extract them in a creative way. The menu is a bit misleading as it does not properly convey the complexity of the dishes. Perhaps this is intentional so that you are impressed with the taste and execution. Well deserving of the Michelin star.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant that left me absolutely speechless. The six course menu was well planned and executed to perfection. Each dish was bursting with bold flavors that left my taste buds dancing with joy. The modern French cuisine was a true testament to the serious cooking that was taking place in the kitchen. What really stood out to me were the bold sauces that accompanied each dish. They were the perfect complement to the already delicious flavors and elevated the dishes to a whole new level. The minimalist decor of the restaurant was a nice touch, but the music was a bit too loud for my liking. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. This restaurant is definitely a real treat for special occasions and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly exceptional dining experience. If you're a foodie looking for serious cooking at the highest level, this is the place for you.

Tambourine Room was an incredible, Michelin star-worthy, culinary delight. From the moment we walked into the gorgeously decorated speakeasy style room, to the first bites that exploded with deliciousness, through the main courses, other menu “surprises” and delicately plated desserts, we found this experience to be delicious, creative and fun.Tambourine Room delivers on ambience, taste, presentation, service (from the wonderful team of Vladimir & Brian) and manages to achieve the heights of fine dining (similar to a fine restaurant in NYC or Paris) without ever feeling stuffy or sterile. We can’t wait to return once the menu changes and see what this team has in store next.

Execellence across the board. No questions about the caliber and culinary talent behind this venue. It will take a more serious kind of diner to appreciate this amazing venue to its fullest - I hope Miami Beach is ready and welcoming of such a spectacular culinary room.

Food is very mediocre compared to the outrageous prices. The cocktail staff was really unfriendly. None of the wines on the menu. Not a good experience.
