I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred during my recent visit to your establishment. Unfortunately, I am unsure if I have the correct spelling of the staff member's name due to the hostile environment during our interaction. However, I believe the individual in question may be Tim Wayland.On April 13th 2004, my party and I arrived at your establishment approximately 55 minutes before closing time. Regrettably, upon our arrival, we witnessed an altercation between a member of your staff, presumably Tim Wayland, and the hostess on duty. Despite our efforts to understand the situation calmly, Mr. Wayland proceeded to engage in unprofessional behavior by raising his voice and directing inappropriate language towards both the hostess and myself.Moreover, it was disheartening to observe Mr. Wayland's lack of accountability as he failed to extend a proper apology on behalf of the management team. Instead, he chose to exacerbate the situation by further berating me during a subsequent phone call when I attempted to inquire about the managerial staff.The conduct displayed by Mr. Wayland is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on your establishment. Such behavior not only creates a hostile environment for patrons but also undermines the professionalism and integrity of your team. It is evident that Mr. Wayland's communication skills and management abilities are inadequate for a position of authority within your organization.I trust that you will address this matter promptly and take appropriate measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate receiving confirmation of the actions taken to address this issue.
