I had the pleasure of visiting the Bay Club in June with two of my closest friends, and we were fortunate to be served by Domingo at the bar. From the moment we sat down, he was nothing short of outstanding. As someone who is quite particular about my cosmopolitan martinis, I explained exactly how I liked them. Domingo not only listened carefully but crafted them to perfection every time.
His attentiveness, professionalism, and warm personality made our experience truly exceptional. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we returned to his bar the following two nights. In a time when great service can be rare, Domingo's hospitality was a refreshing reminder of what top-tier service looks like.
We even snapped a photo with him on our last night to commemorate the experience. Without a doubt, we’ll be back the next time we're in town, thanks in large part to Domingo’s unforgettable service.

Having visited the establishment on three separate occasions, we must express our disappointment. Each visit was marred by consistently poor service from the hostess, culminating in a particularly unpleasant experience on the most recent occasion. Her demeanor was notably unwelcoming and unaccommodating. Despite the exceptional quality of the food and the convenience of the happy hour schedule, the negative impact of the service has led us to conclude that we will not be returning.

Had the absolute worst time here. The waitress named Isabel P. was a total snob with no manners. She was bringing us our check while we were still eating. Giving us dirty looks the whole time. She is absolutely out of control. That’s not normal behavior. If I spend $200+ at a restaurant I do not want to be rushed out of my table and treated rudely. I will not be coming back. I have been coming here for 10 years since they opened. This place has gone down hill so much. I was so disrespected by the waitress it was so disgusting. Bad manners!!!! Learn customer service. The food has gone down too it’s not as good as I remember. DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to be treated like a piece of garbage. Apparently the table was for the “owners” and they were saying rude comments to us on our way out.
