OMG Where to begin? The Betsy Hotel in South Beach is my home away from home. It has the perfect mix of luxury, culture, and charm, with an artsy, welcoming atmosphere that sets it apart from other hotels in the area. I love that The Betsy isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience. There’s always something happening, whether it’s live jazz, art exhibits, or literary events, and the rooftop pool is the perfect spot to relax with amazing ocean views. LT Steak & Seafood is a standout, too—the food is always excellent, and the service is top-notch. Whether it’s a great steak or fresh seafood, it never disappoints. What really makes The Betsy special, though, is the attention to detail and the way they make guests feel at home. And of course, I can’t forget Betsy and Rosa, the hotel’s two Canine Executive Officers (CEOs), who add even more warmth to the experience. If you’re looking for a hotel with character, culture, and a little extra soul, this is the place. Love The Betsy!

This has to be the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. My husband booked for our anniversary and he chose so well for me. The music throughout the hotel and the pianist created a wonderful atmosphere it was all beautiful, the hotel is in a fabulous location just up from where the Birdcage was shot, it has a wonderful classic, stylish romantic feel and I can't not praise this hotel enough, if you ever go to Miami this is a must stay. thank you to all the staff who were exceptional. lots of love Matt and Lauren Henderson

The very attentive staff provided excellent service, especially concierge Art, Fritz, and Fritzell . Our pug Walter was treated like royalty! He was incredibly joyful on his vacation, and he loved meeting the 3 resident dogs including Betsy and owner Jonathan. We greatly enjoyed and appreciated the environment and our experience at this charming and intimate hotel. The laid back, relaxing, yet sophisticated vibe was exactly what we needed and received. The soothing, mellow music in the lobby throughout the day and live music was most welcome and was the antithesis to the usual loud, thumping techno sounds played at most hotels and restaurants. We will definitely return! And bring our friends with their dog too!

Everyone's nice but this place is too expensive. $21 per liquor drink. Appetizers were very delicious but with built in charges you'll quickly spend $150.

It was starting to rain so my friend & I went to The Betsy Hotel Lobby & discovered the Carlton Room Café. Char was a fabulous barista! We ordered PB Lattes-which were so delicious. With a cozy, eclectic feel--it was the perfect place to stumble upon.

The best happy hour on Ocean Drive. It’s actually the only civilized place for a cocktail and nibbles on Ocean Drive since Meet Dahlia went totally, cheap, tourist trap. The happy hour is early, starting at 3:30 PM. The bartenders are professional and the cocktails and wine selection is good. The black cod tacos are excellent. The other happy hour appetizers are ok, such as the guacamole and spicy tuna roll (the later
of which had a faint taste of cigarette ash). The atmosphere is quite nice, especially when they have live music. It’s worth the stop if you are looking for a place that is a non-tourist trap on Ocean Drive.
