Waited for the hostess to be seated for too long but then after I have been seated none comes to take my order.. maybe short staff? who knows Get it together everywhere else in Miami has been a good experience.

I had a good experience at The Cheesecake Factory at Lincoln Mall in South Miami Beach. They were out of the salmon dish I originally wanted, which was a little disappointing, but the staff handled it well and I ordered something else instead. The food I did have was very good, the portions were generous, and the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. I’d definitely go back again.

I was here for over an hour and had to ask three staff members besides my server for bread. Every other table around us received bread except ours. I even told my server I had asked four times after 45 mins, and she claimed they might be out—yet I watched multiple tables get served bread during that time, including during our conversation. She finally packed bread to go after our meal, and when I got home it was old, rock hard, and MOLDY with white fuzz on all 3 pieces. Completely unacceptable. Pathetic service.

We went as a party of 5 three days ago and had the lousiana chicken pasta. We had the worst food poisoning i have ever experienced in our lives. Vomiting, Diarea, fever and all!

We went the day before new years. Tried to book online but it requires an american phone number and since we are tourists we didn’t have one so we couldn’t book online, you can’t reserve tables on the phone and when we went in to reserve a table for a couple hours later they told us they dont take same day reservations in person. Our only option was to stand in line and wait for a table. When we got to the front they told is it would be a 15 minute wait and they would text us so we walked around. About 30 minutes later still no text so we went back and asked about the table to which they said: They are cleaning it we will be sat in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I ask again and the person handling seating tells me they have the table and they notified us already.. I was confused and in the most I dont care tone mentioned that foreign numbers sometimes dont recieve the texts.. should’ve mentioned that before. The food was good though but this experience made it a little bitter. Their system needs serious fixing cause this is a joke.
The attention was nice and in general must of the plates were good but the spicy tenderloin was a total waste of money. It was one of the more expensive plates we ordered and there were like 6 little pieces of beef, overcooked on a very oily sauce. Not even 2 oz of beef, a very small portion.

This was my first time at The Cheesecake Factory, and the restaurant did not disappoint. I loved the attentive staff, delicious food, and the variety of cheesecakes! Everything our family ordered was perfect and presented in timely manner. Next time we are in Miami, we plan on coming here again!
