I went after a convention I was attending and Elizabeth was so nice and accommodated all of my weird requests (I ordered a vegan Cobb salad with chicken). 10/10 recommend.

The female staff member with long dark curly hair (in a ponytail) who showed us to our table was shockingly rude. She seated us at a very small table directly next to the cashier. Since it was our anniversary and we wanted some privacy, we politely asked if we could move to another table. She refused, saying that all other tables were “closed.” However, she gave the single guest after us a booth table.
The table we were given was so small that our plates didn’t even fit, and we eventually had to move to another one anyway. This experience left us feeling very uncomfortable and unfairly treated. It gave us the impression that guests of color were not treated equally.

Don’t be fooled by nice exterior... There’s a saying in town: the further south you go, the worse it gets — and this Cheesecake Factory unit proves it. The service here is as bad as it gets. Staff either pretend there’s a language barrier, act as if they don’t understand English, Spanish, or any language, or simply show that they’re unwilling and poorly trained. Whatever the excuse, the end result is the same: service at its absolute worst.

We walked into the restaurant with no greeting. She gets two menus and gives it to this other employee with no greeting and she says follow him. How would we know?? No one is talking. Get to our seats, why does he put the menu on our plates and forks? Yuck!!! Waiting for our waiter. I see someone else being seated and still waiting for our waiter and the ones that just got seated have their waiter and they are right beside us. On the other side of us, the waiter kept clearing her customers table. She never said I will be right with you. So we didn't order anything. We left! Why waste money on horrible service! Told the manager the situation and that was a waste of time.

Let me just start by saying Kali is the most sweetest and thoughtful person I have ever met. We had just finished eating our meal at cheesecake factory, it was pouring rain hard. she went above and beyond throughout our whole experience there to help us out and we truly appreciated her generosity!!! thank you kali!!

Very disappointed with the welcome. Today October 21 at 2:35 p.m. The hostess made people pass before us while we were waiting. I asked her why she did that. She told me she didn't know we were there before. I told her that she didn't ask the question and that she chose the customers. When she wanted to place us I left. A lack of professionalism
