Interesting dinner tonight with my family. We have visited locations in HI, WA, and OR. Kids wanted to try Miami. So we did, they don't serve milk, so the server upsold the kids to a milkshake. He was not speaking to the parents directly. But I thought it would be a treat. The atmosphere was nice, but food was nothing different from other locations. CF is so much nicer in warmer patio street settings. At the time of the payment, I provided all my cash and was taken back by the response. All restaurants ask for 20 percent here. We are asking for 18. We managed to find a couple of bucks, and the server said ok, but they will have me payout the 3 dollars. I understand that minimum tips are required for large groups. But we were a party of 4. Since other tables were close, i know the tactic was to embarrass us. This is an example of tip culture gone overboard. We overheard him say to a party of 2 next to us that he expected a specific amount. Not sure what CF pays everyone, but to argue that gratituty needs to based on post tax is tasteless.

For me it is at the cheesecake factory that you will have the best cheesecakes with the most choice. Their homemade lemonade is also very good. I found the prices reasonable compared to other places in Miami. I'm taking off one star because it was way too cold inside and we left quickly because of that.

Too many options, menu needs reducing. The main part of the meal was warm the potatoes were cold. The server did not approach the table until the meal was nearly done.

We just left the place. We had come twice on our vacation and everything was good. Today we were served by an unpresentable waiter. Teasing us every moment he approached. My girlfriend stressed that the coffee be with lactose-free or almond milk. He served it with regular milk and is vomiting one day before taking the plane. Not even a spoon for coffee. The treatment by this man is horrible, they should be more careful when hiring staff. A shame because the girls at the reception were very friendly but this was too much. Very angry because he ruined our last night in Miami.

We went to the Cheesecake Factory on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach and it was great!We ordered from Skinnylicius the healthier menu with smaller dishes and we were right on target!

My first Cheesecake factory experience!I had a very tasty beetroot salad and chicken rolls. Both recommended by our lovely waitress.We also ordered two burgers and they were very good. Probably one of the best burgers the guys had during our Miami trip.
4th time here, the kid loves it. Great location, but the food is kind of inconsistent (not the cheesecake though), and sometimes they seem short-staffed. Also much better for sit-down than take-out.

A quite disappointing experience, we sat at the bar table for their happy hour menu. We ordered a warm spinach and cheese dip but it was cold when they served it. I also tried the crispy pineapple chicken and shrimp rice plate, it wasn’t bad but I feel like I was eating from pxxxx express so it’s not worth the price.
