And honestly, it was all thanks to Michelle and another amazing young woman at the front desk (so sorry - we didn’t catch her name!). Their energy was so positive and welcoming, it truly elevated the whole atmosphere from the moment we walked in. As a bonus, we were greeted with a complimentary frozen margarita - which was absolutely perfect. Such a great touch! The location is fantastic. Our room was always clean, and anytime we needed anything, the staff was on top of it right away. The service was exceptional across the board. Thanks to the talent and hospitality of the team - especially Michelle - we're definitely coming back. Highly recommend staying here and asking for Michelle if you want that extra bit of awesome!

ANOTHER FUN TIME AT CLEVELANDER!!! We stopped by during our annual RED DRESS RUN and had a blast! The great atmosphere, large patio, and kickin music put us all in the mood and made our night! They are great hosts and we look forward to next year! 🙂

Sooooo I just left this bar which I’ve been a few times. This one bartender very shady and was taking extra money off my card untill I caught her and ask to speak to a manager! Yes the manager was very nice and helped me sort everything out. But the girl was very rude and shady! She never greeted us from the jump. Idk her name but please be aware of a brown girl with a pony tail kinda 5’4 and she works in the back bar! She literally lied and holding a $50 tab on my card and tried to get extra money out of me. The whole thing was a mess smh. She really messed up my experience there other than that the managers was so nice and I did enjoy myself but please pay attention to yall service charge, fees and make sure your drink amount is correct! That bartender needs to go asap!

This used to be one of my favorites places in Miami, there is so many memories I have at this place, perfect for parties, hangout with your favorite people, you can also go to meet new people, there always new people there, the music is good, perfect for the spring break parties, you pay to get in depends on the day
