** The staff has a thief going around stealing valuables in peoples hotel rooms! ** My wife and I stayed here on Aug 28 - 31. We kept our most expensive valuables locked in their safe thinking an authentic Gucci belt over 300.00 was ended up stolen. ONLY reason we didn’t notice this was because the night we were going to eat at the former Versace mansion restaurant was because we bought new outfits at Armani prior… The staff just walked into our room early morning twice the day of check out and were acting out of the norm. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE or LOCK UP ALL YOUR VALUABLES HERE… Yes even a more expensive belt as ALL VALUABLES are a target here!

My friend and I went to a comedy show here and had a couple drinks at the bar after. The show and drinks were great but I can’t believe the rudeness of the bouncer. My friend was showing her ID to the other bouncer and this guy snaps to know if she’s listening to him, I tell him that I am and he tells how to get to the company club. I ask if he needs my ID and he says “we all know you’re 21.” He was the very large, bald one. I am not sure why someone who is so miserable would choose a job interacting with people.

We’re on vacation in Miami and decided to stop by the Clevelander best choice we made! The atmosphere was fun and full of energy, with great music and a lively crowd. The drinks were tasty and hit the spot. Our server Megan knew exactly what to do and made sure everything went smoothly, which made the night even better. Such a great spot to visit while in Miami!
