The food prepared by the chefs was second to none. The care, freshness, and authenticity was reflected in every piece of sushi served. That being said, the drink service provided by the restaurant staff was vastly lacking. My wife and I received our drinks during the last course of the meal, after receiving two rounds of drinks that were wrong orders. Fortunately the sushi and chefs made up for the dehydration.

The Den was a very exclusive experience with the best quality of sushi I have ever had. The fish was flown in from Japan the day before. The sushi chefs were clearly experienced and the wait staff catered to every need very quickly. While pricey, we felt we got what we paid for

It's a fine omakase, and if it's your first one you will probably like it a lot. The star would definitely be the cornbread with caviar. I was just expecting more from a place that had made it on the Michelin guide for a couple of years. We go to Omakase's about once a month, so not an expert by any means but I've gotten a feel for what to expect. For $245 a person, the service is just not there. There's nothing less fine dining than having a drink menu on an iPad. Then we weren't offered the sake pairing - I only knew to ask from reading the website. One of the servers spilt water on another customer and had no urgency to correct the problem. The two drink servers were in a corner most of the night chatting and had to be flagged down for any more drinks or requests. The chefs were great and knowledgeable, but the nigiri was just incredibly bland. Totally understand that some omakases skew traditional and don't experiment, but I would've expected better dry aged fish, or more wasabi/soy. Overall it was a fine experience, but I've been to many omakases at cheaper price points with better food, ambiance and service.

Incredible birthday experience. Chef Masa was lovely and answered all of our questions while we delighted ourselves with the dinner. The servers were extremely attentive and kind. Food was exquisite, and the ambience too. My only feedback would be to change the music to something more elegant and perhaps traditional, rather than pop-ish music.

Cocktails really good too- wine list had a very good variety and fairly well priced for this area/location. High recommend!

Chef Masa was an absolute delight: personable, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about his craft. A special mention to AK, who was with us throughout the evening — so kind, present, and attentive without ever being intrusive. It really made the whole experience feel seamless and welcoming. Overall, an exceptional omakase experience. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates quality, hospitality, and a truly memorable meal. Can't wait to return.

An absolutely amazing Experiance! My newly wed wife and I went here for our honeymoon dinner. We loved the atmosphere, the experience, and of course the fish was to die for! the Sake Pairing was absolutely worth it with the meal. Our chef's focus and dedication was evident in his every action, I wish I asked how to spell his name and I'm sorry I can't give you a shout out! Our waiter Anthony was very attentive and approached at the perfect time. Even watching the Assistant Chef Kevin (I don't know his title!) work diligently in the kitchen was a treat. We will be coming back every time we are in Miami and have sung the praises to our family and friends.
