Dined out here in our last night with my DW. Service was phenomenal. Food unfortunately was average. It was not bad, but for the type or class of restaurant, it could've been outstanding. I had a skirt steak, medium, with French fries. A classic Parisian steak frites. Sauce was good but no memorable, steak was good, but also not memorable, however the cooked it correctly. DW had crab cakes and they were average. It's a good restaurant, with an amazing service, but food...
Overall, we had an amazing experience. Our waiter was excellent. The food was yummy. The atmosphere of course is extremely charming. We were shocked about the tomato salad being such a small tiny portion for the price it was but overall we enjoyed our experience.
Comfortable yet upscale, just beyond the hubbub of Espanola Way's hawkers, Drexel offers delicious food and drink in an open and airy venue. The branzino is outstanding and the margarita pizza was tasty. Friendly and informed wait staff make it an easy evening to enjoy.
