Giancalo was very friendly and accommodating during my stay! The hotel is very clean and the staff are always so polite and greeting everyone. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel. Victor is right along the beach and the atmosphere is great. I’m great.

Great hotel. The room was big enough. Great restaurant. We ate both breakfast and lunch here. Great location just in front of the beach. Thanks Ege-Ricardo, Gicarlo and Anna for the service. We will surely come back to Mimi Beach and to the Victor hotel

This hotel has the friendliest staff and the feel of a 5 stars ! Veronica and her staff welcomed her and always made sure our stay and room were impeccable. The room had a direct view of the amazing pool and ocean. The restaurant had great food as well. And the best part is this hotel is at walking distance of plenty iconic places . A must stay when in South Beach.

I was impress with Veronica service, even when i asked for alteration service close to the hotel to fix an evening gown for the evening, Veronica was able to arrange everything. Got in to the best restaurants and clubs. Also her museum recommendations and the closing day with the Spectre Sea Yacht evenings tour was magnificent.

Was the first time in Ocean Drive and I had an amazing stay at the Victor Hotel in Miami Beach! The ocean view rooms with a jacuzzi were simply beautiful, large and clean, and the entire staff was welcoming and professional. A special shoutout to Veronica, the manager, for her excellent customer service. She always had a smile when interacting with guests and checked on us daily by the pool to ensure everything was perfect. We can't wait to come back! Thank you, Victor Hotel, for a fantastic experience.

The staff at Victor Hotel deserves special thanks for their warm hospitality. From the welcoming smiles at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, their dedication truly made my experience memorable. Special thanks goes to Ann, Laura, Ricardo, Veronica & Jeff. The room was a haven of comfort, and the hotel's prime location allowed easy access to South Beach's vibrant attractions. I'd like to express my gratitude to the staff at Victor Hotel for making my stay unforgettable. I'll definitely be back soon for another slice of paradise in Miami.

Amazing!!! From the moment we arrived we loved this place. Laura, Ann and Ricardo were fantastic! Sohelpful and friendly . We will definitely be back. The place was spotless and our room overlooking the ocean was awesome. Could not fault anything.

The Victor meets all the criteria: clean, great amenities, etc. What really separates it from the rest is the customer service. The staff were all lovely and incredibly accommodating, particularly Laura and Ricardo. My interactions with them warranted me sharing my experience at the Victor. Laura went to the ends of the earth to try and help me find *an unopened bottle of water* that I had left behind. She had Ricardo sweep the room like the FBI and after he came up empty, she double backed after him, in addition to retracing all my steps in an effort to locate the bottle of water. I certainly did not expect her to go full CSI so I was beyond impressed with the care she and Ricardo took to try and help me. I’m now convinced I misplaced it after I left the hotel premises, especially considering the lengths Laura went and how thorough she and Ricardo were. I would not be surprised if those two started a podcast to try and solve the mystery.

The rooms are just gorgeous, very luxurious! They even have a bath tub!! Dumese was the best bell boy, with a can-do attitude and very pleasant attitude! I would stay here again without a doubt!

Very cosy hotel, clean rooms, nice swimming pool and warm welcome by staff. We have good memories of Ricardo and Laura! The American Cafe next door offers excellent breakfast served with great customer care!! Ocean Drive is alive day and night...but, hey, this is Miami!!!

This hotel is so great, everything is pretty and clean. The view from our room is spectacular. The beds are comfy and the room is air conditioned. Also, the staff here is very nice (especially Ricardo!!)

Visited Miami for the first time with my girlfriend - and we both loved it. The location of the hotel could not be better, the staff was superb and hooked us up at both restaurants and clubs. If we are going back to Miami we will for sure stay here!

The stay was very good thanks to Ege and Ismail. The weather was really fine. Americano cafe, the beach, Lincoln road another tatoo… So much souvenirs to share. The pool was good. Everything during the dtay was perfect.
