Horrible food from start to finish. Drinks were not mixed properly. Ordered a chicken sandwich which was supposed to be on a brioche bun, it arrived on two slices of wheat bread without a word being said. Fish and chips were inedible. Sent both meals back. Would not honor coupon from app, saying they were operating under previous restaurant's system Tulum? Stay far away, do not waste your money.

Awful service, waited 30+ minutes for an omelette, that was cold and cheese not melted, but just needed to leave. Very disappointed, I have eaten here many times over the years, never had this experience.

I have hosted business breakfast meetings here a few times before and it was fine. This last time was rough. No coffee for 30 minutes, no food for an hour and overall quality was not very good. It was clear the food had sat under a heat lamp for a while. Overall, bottom 5 experience. I have had good experiences here so if you go, if it is off track after 15 minutes or do it might be best to cash out and go elsewhere.

The service was non-existent. We had to ask for more water three times. I would have had more mimosas, but we couldn't even get more water. The English muffin on the salmon Benedict was hard as a rock and the breakfast potatoes were cold. When we finally got the check, the server went out of his way to avoid us seeing that the service charge was already added to the check, since we didn't get a paper copy and everything was on his hand-held. We already know that adding a service charge is standard practice in South Beach, but the move was a scam for anyone not in the know. We will not be returning to this establishment.

Restaurant was once very good but has gone downhill. Worst dining experience ever. Waited 45 minutes for an omelette. Rollups didn't even come with a spoon. Server was a nice guy but clueless. Bathroom locked because homeless camp out there. Avoid this place at all costs.

Went here in the morning was dead maybe 3 other tables had people, still waited over 45 mins for my food, when they brought out my meal they missed my pancakes which was the biggest part of my meal, asked about them and then waited another 25 mins while eating toast and eggs and home fry’s with no pancakes then they tryed to charge me extra for the pancakes that already came with my meal I originally ordered. 0 outta 10 service food wasn’t even great either at all

We had a really good time here. Our waiter was great; really friendly and funny. We went at around 10am weekday and service was really quick and not busy at all. The menu selection is great, the food was fresh and large portion sizes too. Atmosphere and deco was also really nice.

Our uber driver recommended this place for brunch on the way to cruise terminal for our trip. Great service , great food and great atmosphere . Came back the next day and it was crazy busy but the hostess seated us quickly . Would highly recommend . Also get the made to order cookies ! Amazing !

If you are going out in South Beach for a meal don't assume the menu items or the prices shown in Google here are correct. I was in a mood for a particular dish and they showed it on the menu here but when I showed up on a rather hot day it was no longer on the menu and because it was a hot day I went inside to enjoy the air conditioning and essentially all the doors were left open for whatever reason I don't know and the room was barely cooler than being outside. Bit of a disappointment for a restaurant that I've gone to for probably 25 years.
