Lido's wasn't what I expected. The ambience was nice although it was not where i had requested. The food was good for the most part but I believe some food items were not worth the price. The service me and my partner experienced was not enjoyable. Although I do not expect my servers to be Exited and preppy, ours was less than amused. We had to wait long periods of time before he ever came by and when he did it was because we profusely waved for his attention. We asked 3 times to check for a menu item (we are certain he forgot to ask each time). But overall I actually did like the food and the area surrounding it is also very nice for pictures.

The food and the ambiance is always amazing. The view of the water, the open air environment and the fact they have Excellent working Fans you'll be pretty comfortable. The Drinks are well crafted and the food is always excellent. My Only issue, and has Zero to do with the Restaurant, is the Valet. Pricing starts at $45 which is Absurd. Other than that this place is Perfect.

Excellent food and menu options (not too short, not too long). Above the average service. Our server (Andres) was courteous. Manager stopped by to check on us. Now, the ugly part: the VALET SERVICE price was ***INDECENT***. It CANNOT cost $50 (including the "convenience" fee).

Overall, the food was fine and the ambience and service were great, except for the lobster roll that was filled with lobster shell, and the fish fillets in the taco that had bones. Thankfully, the lobster roll was swapped for a hamburger, and I was able to carefully pick out the bones in the fillets.

It was our first time but definitely I will returned very convenient since the offer valet parking. The hostess and the waitress asked us for our preference in order to select a table, they were kind with us specially with our aunt who was celebrating her 90 Birthday.
The food quality and service is ok but, the prices have all increased BY A LOT just in the last year. We have been going there a couple of times per year for different occasions and noticed that everything has increased but the quality and the service has remained the same or worse. Example: the burger used to be around $20 - $24, now it's $34+. Valet used to be $20-$30 now it's $45. Drinks used to be below $18 now they are out of control with lots of small up-charges; $9 extra charge for truffle fries instead of regular on top of the $34 for a burger with fries making it $43.... It's ok to up charge but this was just beyond. We paid almost $350 for 2 burgers, a small salad, an omelet, 2 margaritas, 2 Coke Zero, tap water, and valet parking. Service was good, staff were really nice. We waited over an hour+ to get our food and were offered a free mimosa for the wait. However, this just seems like the management of this place is making it harder for the staff and the customers to enjoy their experience. We won't be returning and we're sad, we used to love this place.

Love their Sunday brunch. The views, drinks, food, service, ambience and music were all on point. Bryant the manager was very welcoming and friendly as well as the hostess and Andros, our server. Vibes are unmatched at Lido.

Was the perfect spot for our Easter Brunch before getting on our cruise ship. Andres was our waiter and was great on taking care of our needs and our 22 month olds.... He even got to play with a couple of puppies that were on the deck. View was awesome. Exactly what we were looking for!
