Came here in April of 2024 ordered a whole live lobster fried an they done it no problem and it was delicious. Back tonight an they refused to cook it fried so we left they were rude an hateful so I don't recommend eating here.

Local on the Lincoln Road pedestrian street, specializing in many dishes made with lobster. The live main lobster Combo is recommended, delicious. Also the crab cake, the popcorn shrimp and the seafood cream or lobster Bisque. For two people, a combo of lobster and some starter goes very well. Excellent service and they explain the dishes they offer very well. Highly recommended place. Affordable prices for what Miami is.

The Lobster Shack was a great experience! We had the Cajun lobster roll with fries, which were both very good, and the warm buttered lobster roll with lobster bisque, which were just as good. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. The staff was very friendly, and the place was clean and comfortable. Overall, we were really happy and would definitely recommend it.

Super friendly staff! Lobster rolls dipped in side of lobster bisque = lobster perfection. Fried shrimp delicious too with homemade breading. Huge!
We sat outside for dinner on a Thursday night and it was a really fun atmosphere. The food was great and the service excellent as well! The Poseidon Roll is what I had and really enjoyed it!

Very good food and if you want to eat lobster it must be one of the cheapest places in South Beach to go. I gave it 4 stars because they charge you a mandatory 25% tip, which seems excessive to me.

My husband and I stopped in here for lunch and we shared the fried shrimp, lobster and fish with the lobster bisque and it was phenomenal! All of the staff are friendly and this was easily the best meal we have had during our stay. Also, we got a piece of key lime pie and my husband, who doesn’t even like key lime pie, finished it off! ???
