Really excellent dinner outside on the patio. The coconut shrimp appetizer was delicious, so was the chicken piccata, Caesar salad and summer veggies. The music was fun too. Recommend for a great al fresco experience.

Our stay was exceptionally pleasant. The ammenities and rooftop pool were excellent, the brunch and dinner options delicious, and the location puts us on the chill side of South Beach.
But what really sets this place apart was the attentive staff who made us feel at home. We can't recommend this place enough if your looking for a quiet base for exploring the bustle of Ocean Drive.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience staying at this hotel for our honeymoon. The staff has been incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They had everything ready for us during the first four nights before our cruise—including special decorations in our room that really made us feel celebrated. We came back for one more night after the cruise, and the service and atmosphere were just as great.
The on-site restaurant has been a go-to for us—the food is consistently delicious, and we found ourselves choosing to eat there multiple times. Also, the rooftop pool is a hidden gem! It’s quiet, relaxing, and has such a great vibe—we’re surprised more people don’t take advantage of it.
The location is perfect. It’s in a quieter part of the South Beach strip but still within easy walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants.
Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our stay. This place went above and beyond, and we’re so glad we chose it for our honeymoon. Thank you!

Local House is one of the best breakfast spots in Miami Beach. Cozy, stylish, and just steps from the ocean, it’s the perfect mix of chill and upscale. The breakfast menu is fantastic—everything is fresh, beautifully plated, and full of flavor. The avocado toast and lobster benedict were standouts, and the fresh-squeezed juice was a great touch.
Service was friendly and efficient, and the outdoor seating makes it a great place to start your morning. Whether you're a local or visiting, this place is a must for a quality beachside breakfast.
I am literally at local house right now as we speak 7/26/25 this is probably one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in my life. I put that on my life guy from Detroit Michigan and I wish this was in Detroit I love you guys y’all are doing such an amazing job, and Tati was wonderful give her a raise an share of the company anything that is positive because she is a wonderful human being and a more wonderful server/bartender I will be back soon
