I came here several times but last night was the best. the food was prepared to perfection and I think I never had a better eggplant parmigiana. Milo’s was an amazing server which is a rare find in Miami. thank you for that great evening

This restaurant is truly one of the finest seaside dining experiences I have had the pleasure of visiting. Situated right by the beach, it offers a breathtaking ocean view that instantly sets a relaxing and luxurious mood. Just don’t go there. There so many good restaurants around. The food is not quality but the price is still high. You pay 50$ to get portions of 2 small burned shrimp and 2 scallops. Food is not tasty, service not professional.

The setting is very nice at night. Food is average. Our server was poor. It was obvious she catered to regulars while giving what was only necessary service to others. One time visit for my wife and I - too many other quality restaurants for us to go to then to make a repeat visit to this one.

Staff was not paying attention. 3 ppl asked if I wanted water, I said yes, flat tap 3x, but never got it. Until I failed the server to get me water and they gave me Setai water abd charged me. Then they take forever to notice we want the check, then they take forever to retrieve my card for payment. Nobody on staff looks up, look up and scan the tables to see who needs help. Always there head is down, looking at their phones or the staff socializing with each other not paying attention. But I'll come back again

The menu reflects elegant simplicity — fresh ingredients, beautifully plated dishes, and a strong Mediterranean influence.

If you’re visiting for events or staying nearby, I highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time. This is one of those places that’s always in demand, especially during peak conference and travel seasons.

Dining at Ocean Grill at The Setai was an incredible experience from start to finish. The moment you step into the restaurant, you’re immediately struck by the serene and elegant atmosphere. Located right by the beach, the setting couldn’t be more perfect — the sound of the ocean in the background, the warm Miami breeze, and the refined yet relaxed vibe of The Setai. It truly feels like a luxury escape in the heart of South Beach.

The food was absolutely outstanding. We started with fresh seafood that was perfectly prepared, flavorful, and beautifully plated. Each bite really showcased the quality of the ingredients, and you can tell that the chefs put thought and care into every detail. The menu has a wonderful Mediterranean influence, with dishes that feel light, vibrant, and satisfying. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and balanced, making it both indulgent and healthy at the same time.

The service was another highlight. The staff was warm, professional, and attentive, offering excellent recommendations without ever being pushy. They made us feel welcome and comfortable, which made the meal that much more enjoyable.

Very nice outdoor venue, food was good for the beach. Service was great. Atmosphere is hit or miss if it’s hot it’s hot, if it’s breezy it’s perfect. Quiet and easy right off the boardwalk so view is oceanfront. Recommend reservation, must wear a beach coverup !
