Caro was exceptional! She was very attentive and made sure we were always taken care of. There was another server that I didn’t get her name but she was also the sweetest. She’s brunette with freckles and hispanic.

Everything good except the manager Jessica, the rudest person I ever seen managing people. She must to take lessons how treat her employee's. As a client I seen her how she yelled at her bartender.

My daughter and I have been guests of the one several times and each time we have been lucky enough to have the most kind, professional, engaging bartender bar none. Orlando will guide you through the menu and help you choose what best suits you. The salads and bowls seem simple but are fresh and flavorful and the protein additions are always cooked perfectly. Orlandos cocktails are done perfectly. He is a master and one of the main reasons we continue to come back. He is a star!

Stunning 1 Hotel South Beach provides a pool service of the highest quality. Beautiful pool area with friendly service. I would suggest a i need service button, since the waiters have alot of customers to attend. For lunch today we had two green salads, one with chicken & one with salmon. Both very tasty. Kids opted for nachos & hot dog, both also satisfied. Looking forward to more lazy days with the pool with healthy good food.

Great food at the sand box and even better servers— Chris C took care of me and my family for 2 summers in a row now. He helped make my 24th birthday special since he remembered what drink I had been ordering all week and surprised me with it and some cake! Chris C is the best!!
Loved the delicious shrimp and chicken bowls. Staff was very accommodating to food allergies as well.

The poolside staff is excellent, and will set up your chair with chair covers and fresh towels.Chez was our server and was awesome. We moved all around from chair to pool to hot tub to bar area. He kept up with us and did not have to track him down.App - guacamole and chips. It’s Miami can’t mess it up.Entree - fish tacos. A little light on fish but excellent taste.Shrimp curry bowl - absolutely fresh vegetables and rice with amazing curry sauce. Plenty of shrimp. Left full for sureDrinks are pricey particularly if doubles so keep that in mind. But if your staying at 1 Hotel SB, you already know your gonna spend some money. So accept that and relax. It’s great.

We had the best time at the restaurant, pool and hotel. Chris C. was the best! Super accommodating and friendly with our kids and so helpful for us. He definitely added to the fun of our experience. Burgers and kale Caesar also so good!
