Mother's Day surprise... INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS FOOD! We wanted to book a spot in Miami Beach for two of our moms and had no idea how good this lunch would be... from the bread and garlic oil to appetizers to each main course, we were all delighted by how delicious, well-prepared and filling our meal was. So good and we are excited to return again with friends!

Walked by the restaurant and took a picture to remind me to make a reservation. Came with some clients and enjoyed the experience. Lors of fun birthday singing, attentive service, great plating of the excellent food. Great people watching. Very happy I made the time to visit. Absolutely loved the mushroom pasta dish. Would come back just for that!!

We be loved this place, food was amazing I recommend the gnocchi! Vincenzo our server was very friendly and nice. The atmosphere was wonderful with staff getting diners involved in a song. Was our best restaurant experience on south beach!

On Espanola way, this could have been the biggest tourist trap in town, but it was unbelievably good. Lively atmosphere, excellent service and wonderful food. Generous portions, delicious and authentic Italian. Wonderful!

Outstanding, great food, great service, fun and lively. Music was a little loud but loved the Italian music. The staff sang happy birthday to our daughter and it was great! We had a large group and had a great time. Will recommend to friends traveling to Miami

The ambiance of this place is nice but the food was so overpriced for the quality. The seafood pasta was so dry and tasted below average. Overall, wouldn't ever come back here if I come to Miami.

The appetizers were very nice, then the main meals came. Two of the three did not meet my expectations at all, they looked good, but did not have an authentic taste. The ambience is very nice, but they should invest in a good chef.
We have eaten at Hosteria Romana on previous trips to Miami and thoroughly enjoyed the food and service. Based on these experiences we organized a dinner with friends. The experience was underwhelming. The noise level was extreme, the service extremely rushed and 2 of 4 meals disappointing. It felt cheesy rather than the authentic experience we had in previous visits. More about turning over tables than ensuring customer satisfaction.

La dueña encantadora , estuvo allí poniéndole mucha alegría a la noche (muy atenta también ya que se acercó a nuestra mesa a saludarnos) Todo el personal es muy amable, mención especial La recepcionista y el mozo Davide Muy buena opción para pasarla bien y comer súper rico y abundante !!!
Such a fun experience. The energy of this restaurant and the staff is unbelievable! Service was great, music was fun, and the vibes were immaculate. Be prepared to celebrate at this place. You have to check it out!

What a great place - Service is amazing, thee is passion and enthusiasm. We were especially impressed by a young server Gabrielle who had just come from Sicily - so attentive and ambitious - a real keeper for this fine establishment

Tried to deliver my pizza after 2 hours!! My Pizza never showed up after 2 hours!!I ordered a pizza on Uber eats and the time kept changing first it was 11:20pm-1140pm then 1140pm-12:00am , then 12:00am-12:20am then my Uber app did something I’ve never seen it do. It asked if my order arrived. It gave me the option to press YES or CALL RESTAURANT I tried to call and they wouldn’t answer. I tried to cancel in the app and they tried to charge me $26 of the $32 I was not happy. I went to the HELP and of course UBER made it right…while UBER was canceling some person text me that the restaurant just asked him to pick up my pizza that I ordered at 11:00pm it was now 1:10am gross I don’t want a 2 hour old pizza. I will never try to order from here again!!

This place is very unprofessional and I will never be eating their food. I ordered through Uber eats and they never attempted to contact me or answer their phones. Cannot stand the lack of communication or the lack of food in my stomach
