Went in for a cup of coffee as I waited in the lobby. Greeted with “your order will take 20+ minutes” without even finding out that I only wanted a cup of coffee. Lady working may be nice, but an instant 18% gratuity plus 9% tax made a 8 oz cup of coffee cost 5 bucks? Not worth it

One person is the waitress and cook. She was so sweet. Food was ok. Dont have high expectations. We were the only customers. They need to hire a full staff there IMO.

This place is an awful place to stay! It has very uncomfortable beds, moldy bathroom that are painted over not cleaned! Furniture falling apart!! The only nice thing is the kitchen and that it was ocean front!

What a disappointment! The photos are not at all representative of reality. The premises are dirty, the majority of the staff does not speak English even though we are in the United States, the wifi is disastrous, the pool much smaller than it appears on the pictures and not cleaned. Almost all the services of a classic hotel are here paying, what the hell? I will stop here because I could talk about it all day long. In any case, I absolutely do not recommend this place, go to the other way.

The lady working there was very hospitable and a true doll. She was an older lady and could run circles around some of these lazy younger folks. Give her a raise. She’s certainly earned it!!!

Ignore every 5 star review. This place was the worst food I’ve ever had in Miami, service was actually great and she was very nice. But the food made me sick after my first bite and the coffee was absolute garbage.

I have travelled for work and Kristen a lot over the last ten years and stayed in many different hotels and appartments. As there are a lot of hard working people in the travel industry and we all make mistakes, there is always something that can be improved, But I have never written a negative review before as the positives always outweighed the negatives. Well, there is a first for everything and the Seacoast Suites on 5101 Collins Avenue at Miami Beach rightfully deserves the price for worst stay ever! This appartement building, the people working here (apart from a friendly young lady at the reception who got overpowered by her grumpy boss), are all a disgrace for everything and everybody within the travel industry. They should be ashamed and they are an embarrassment for the industry As the list is to long to sum up, I will try to make it as short as possible. The complete building is outdated and poorly maintained. The rust on the doors, lamps and showers, broken elevators, the holes in the curtains, the poorly working and very loudly airconditioning, doors that aren’t closing properly, lamps and lights that aren’t working, vent system that isn’t working at all, the colour clouding on the tv screens, the dining chairs that are falling apart and the junk in the garage are all proof of the poor state of this building. Nothing worth the thousands of dollars we paid for our 7 day stay. Then there is the grumpy and moody people working there, apart from the young lady who helped us checking in and the cleaners. They were nice and friendly. But the rest of the team doesn’t have any sympathy or empathy bone on their body. Probably not happy to work there at all. (at least that’s what I’m assuming as that’s how it comes across). From managers to pool staff, from security to the people working in the restaurant, all of them walk around and communicate like spiritless souls. Hopefully these people can find their spark back again soon. Another point to make is the $40, - a day parking charge. The lady at the reception told the other guest that was checking in that there was a cheaper parking option further up the road for about $30, - a day. Which isn’t a big difference so both the other guest and ourselves chose to park at the hotel. Having done some research the other parking was only a 2m walk away and only maximum of $10, - a day and you could pay by the hour as well. So when you go on day trips you didn’t need to pay for your parking. This alone has saved us over $200, - over the 7 days. Final thing to mention is that when you spend some time at the beach it would have been nice to be able to jump into a cool and clean swimming pool. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case (at all) never been into a normal pool that was this dirty and warm. This wasn’t nice at all. I’m really sorry for all the people that are doing the outmost in the travel industry to deliver the best service for their customers and have been embarrassed by a place like this. This place is just cashing money from customer and doesn’t even bother to do something nice in return. Worst stay ever! And probably, based on my travel experience, not to be matched ever again. Please don’t ever book a stay here and hopefully the team will find some new inspiration quickly.

I rented a 2 bedroom apartment through Airbnb and host was not perfect and rooms need some renovation and painting is not perfect and you feel that some staff are very very rude. The location and beach are excellent.

I will never stay here again. After a long drive to Miami I was looking forward to staying in a beautiful suite that was like the picture on the website. Instead, we were placed in an old dirty suite with filthy carpet. Additionally, the drain in the shower was broken and full of green mold. I requested to cancel my reservation and get a refund. The so-called manager denied my request and offered us a different suite. Her excuse for giving us the dirty room was that we made our reservation at the last minute. She said the previous guest was there for 2 months.They basically blamed us for the circumstances!!! No, that nasty room should have never been available to any guests if it wasn’t ready. The 2nd suite was nice. But the customer service was horrible throughout the entire stay. For my inconvenience, they gave us vouchers for a complimentary breakfast. But then they tried to bill me for the breakfast. I tried to make the best of my stay and use the fitness room. After working out for 15 minutes at 10:45am, a security guard asked me to leave because the fitness center was closed. She informed me that it was only open from 7am to 11am and 6pm to 11pm. The workout equipment was old and dirty.

The views are nice. And the apartment big. But the staff are completely indifferent as to whether you are happy or not. Incompetent too. Restaurant had been rented out to another group who were only supporting select prebooked guests and sk we couldn’t even get a coffee in the hotel. The pool is disgusting - filthy, merky with the same waste (food, hair, packets) floating in it all weekend. Towels threadbare. Parking $40 per night abc not advised in advance. Cockroaches in room. No iron or ironing board. One wine glass. Only allowed 2 loungers per apartment on the beach and not allowed an umbrella. No one speaks English. Pool bathrooms strewn with old lol roll all weekend. Slow lifts. Just go somewhere else.

Doesn’t look anything like the online photos. This placed is poorly maintained. No hot water or functioning Wi-Fi during my stay. Customer service is terrible. I had a three bedroom unit that was in really bad shape. No amenities beyond the absolute basics. Would rather stay anywhere else than this place.

Pictures are beautiful but the real facilities are very old, staff is ok (not so kind but ok). The location is good but facilities are poor. The pool is not heated and not as preety as it looks in pictures. Towels given by staff are very very bad quality, I recommend to use one of your own. According to publications the check out is at 11 am but they throw out at 10 am! Important thing: they charge you USD$300 as warranty, but they only reinburse you 7 business days after you leave!! The price you pay for this is not worthy
