Stopped by true loaf after eating at Lucali's witch was an amazing experience! I had a difficult time deciding what to order. Since I'm visiting from chicago. I had to make my one choice count! I did. Got one loaf of banana bread with chocolate chips and walnuts, and two huge chocolate chip cookies. It did not disappoint. Banana bread was huge and weighed at least 5 pounds legit brought it back with me to Chicago lol...super soft amazing flavor the best part was it wasn't overly sweet same with the cookie. Only thing it was super pricey over $30 for the loaf and two cookies but it was worth it. 100% recommend!

Pretty disappointing experience. Ordered iced coffees and was told it'd be a short wait. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes.
Honestly I could also have put this down to a mishap, but also the staff weren't attentive and the barista kept on complaining and acting flustered even though there was only like 8 customers. It felt a little like that energy would have been better spent on talking with customers and keeping them informed, offering water or asking us to take a seat outside and they'd come to find us.
Instead it felt like we were an inconvenience, and I wished I'd just gone somewhere else. Wouldn't rush to go back.

I ordered and paid for a sourdough loaf online. Their website promised that the store would inform you via text message when your loaf was ready for pickup if you signed up for an account. So I signed up and waited. I never received a text message. So I called the store in a few days to inform them that I paid for a sourdough loaf and didn't get a message to pick it up. I was told, in other words, too bad. And then I was asked if I wanted to re-order. A refund was never mentioned. I told them that they have terrible business practices, and it's fraudulent. So, I contacted my bank for a refund. I will never set foot in this store nor recommend it to anyone. The only reason I click one star is that I have to, to post this review. They don't deserve ANY stars.

Quite simply the very best bread I’ve ever seen in America. I just wish there were more locations. And I wish that they didn’t run out of products. It’s quite expensive. But that’s the cost of something that’s incredibly high-quality.

This bakery has amazing bread that we always make sure to come for out of our way. But as we purchased their cheesecake that cost (60$!) for a small cake - this is a bit much. But when we realized it wasn’t even baked inside - literally the cake was like yogurt inside - not what a cheesecake cake supposed to be. Not for 60$. The outside parts that were cooked - were good. And the kids ate cake anyway - but if you put such a price on your tiny cake make sure it’s good! O m disappointed

Poor customer service, poor management, they messed up our order (didn’t even make it) and wouldn’t take responsibility for their mistake. Drove really far to get this order and the store manager wouldn’t even come talk to us and instead put the poor girl working there in the position to take the brunt of being in the hot seat. I felt so bad for her. But I insisted on talking to the Manager and when he finally came he never ever once apologized even once for the mistake - this place is the worst. Will never go there again and neither will anyone from my extended family. One person said they must’ve cancelled the order but no one ever called us or anything and then another person said they never saw the order but we had a confirmation with a date for pick up - overall terrible experience and even worse customer service!!!

This place is awful. They don’t know what side is up. I ordered a pie for pick up and they didn’t have it at all. They blamed their online ordering system telling me they’re having issues and there’s nothing they can do about that but they could have called to tell me they’re having issues didn’t make the pie. I drove an hour to pick up the pie on the date specified by them. This place is awful and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
