If you're looking for a healthy café that's not some trendy chain, Under the Mango Tree is the perfect place. First of all, you must try the Superfood Frap. It is chock-full of goodness and is absolutely delicious. It's a unique drink that you cannot find anywhere else. I also recommend sampling one of their acai bowls. I ordered an iced matcha, spicy lentil, and the vegan tacos. I can tell that what they serve is all made by hand which is pretty good. I’ve never had sprouts on a taco but it was pleasant. Lentils were seasoned well and the matcha wasn’t grey and bitter. Although next time i’ll order without cinnamon. Overall loved the atmosphere!
Beautiful ambiance with live plants and great smoothies/food. The Açaí is made without added sugars and optionally sweetened with coconut nectar. The smoothies are thick and creamy and I really appreciate their efforts towards sustainability.
