A guy outside the location got us to come up. Food was ok the wings bit over priced 20 wings for 40 bucks. Even though mac and cheese was good small portions for 7 bucks, and it had way too much salt. The waiter was excellent.She ws friendly and made you feel welcomed. Definitely something different for South Beach. Would return again. Need a sign as you wont know restaurant/lounge was there.

First off they had these guys standing out front to solicit ppl. They were saying that they were black owned so i said let's try them out. They took forever to bring our food. I never got a menu. My food came out last for some reason. They mixed up our checks. There was a guy who was a promoter, who was rolling up outside at a table for patrons. Need i say more? I will never go back.

This place doesn't exist anymore. It's now called "Finnegan's Way." Irish pub food... Food is good and drinks are strong.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Came here on Sunday for brunch with 3 girlfriends. We waited over 40 minutes for our food, which was inedible. The most disgusting food I've ever tasted, all of us sent our food back (even the burger was smaller/blander than McD) . Venue refused to comp us or give us any sort of discount, manager was a j*** and blamed the issue on the waitress. The cook was the problem and lack of staff.

We spend a couple of days in South Beach and this was the first place we stop while waiting for our friends to arrive because it was close to our hotel. The service was amazing they didnt hurry us and made great suggestion. We had two of their 2 for $20 deals and by far the best drinks we had during our trip. The other days we decide to go to different places just to try different restaurant in Ocean drive but we kept comparing the service to Venue Cafe and none of the other small outdoor restaurant compare. So be aware just because the other places look more pack it doesnt mean is good. If you just want to relax, have lunch and good mix drinks while sitting outside this is the place to go!.

They were having a 2 for 1 special which wasn't too bad. The drinks were big and you could choose from a list of cocktails (excluding mojitos, since they didn't serve them there). We gave it a try, we had two waitresses sit us down but gave great service!! Bill came out to $30. We went on a Wednesday night at around 8pm so i'm sure happy hour was cheaper. We came a second night to eat here as well. They had .50 cent wings which i tried. They only had one kind and they were pretty small sized wings. I guess i'm use to hooters wings. My fiance tried the steak that was half off i believe. And of course we had the 2 for 1 drinks. They also have great & comfortable seating on the sidewalk so you can see the cars pass by on the street. Overall I'd definitely come back.

My husband and I stopped here to get out of the rain and loved it. The staff was very accommodating when our outside table started to get wet from the storm and moved us to a more comfortable table. The fish was a little more done than I like but was by no means dry and the drink specials were great! I would definitely come back here just for the staff-they were all so friendly and checked on us frequently :)

Venue Cafe is this beach front Greek restaurant on Ocean Dr. It got our attention because we received a 20% off coupon from its host on our way back to the hotel. After some extensive research online, we realized that this is a new place, no reviews at all. But we went eventually. It was 20% off!! The food is alright. They had specials at a very fair price. But it took us almost 20 minutes for the entrees to come. The fish is a bit dry but pretty acceptable. However, the mixed vegetables were obviously taken straight from a can and slightly heated over. :( By the time to pay, we showed our discount card to the waiter. It took him a while to get back to us. It turned out that since we ordered specials, the discount did not apply. We were pretty pissed off because the coupon did not say that it did not work on the specials at all. Furthermore, we asked the waiter beforehand if the coupon applied, he said yes without hesitation or any explanation. I would not recommend this place to my friends. It took a long time for the food to arrive. The vegetable is canned. Lastly, they do not seem to show their sincerity to keep their business going.
