The food and service are superb. Michael was our server and made the experience well worth it. He was very attentive and made sure that all of our accommodations where met. The quality of food was exquisite and food presentation was beautiful.

Inhad reserved for a regular dining lunch and they told me only the price fix was available, and then they shut down at 4, completely! They probably shouldn't seat people at 3 for a meal that takes easily 1.5 to 2 hrs and shut people off after 1 hr

Staying at the Faena Hotel in South Beach was hands down the most incredible hotel experience we’ve ever had. The place is absolutely stunning—every detail, from the over-the-top decor to the amazing food and entertainment, was next level. You can tell a lot of thought went into creating a space that feels both luxurious and totally unique. It wasn’t just a stay—it felt like stepping into another world.

The location of this hotel is absolutely incredible, offering a perfect blend of luxury and natural beauty. The staff went above and beyond, making every detail feel special and personal. We had the privilege of creating a unique setup for one of the hotel guests, featuring an enormous heart made of 1,000 roses on the beach. It was an unforgettable experience, and the stunning scenery truly added to the magic of the moment.

they failed every tasks that was requested. I asked them to print a doc, deliver to the room and specifically instructed them to slide it through the door as the guests are already sleeping, they went and knocked on the door and rang the doorbell- woke up the baby.
The guests informed front desk that someone will be picking up the suitcases the next day for shipping. I got a msg that the suitcases have not been collected, hence i called the hotel to locate, front desk said no suitcases were found. Guests double checked with hotel again before they depart, same answer.
I messaged the courier company and turned out that the hotel claimed the suitcases were not ready for pick up (which isn't true as was already dropped off the night before), I called the hotel again to search, turned out they were sent to shipping area, and front desk / concierge will not store the luggage.
when there was a package delivered, they wouldn't be bothered to check but sent to storage area, when the guest called to check whether it's been delivered, front desk would tell them no. so i had to call and investigate.
how is it for the guests to stay there for about 3 weeks and they have failed at least 3 tasks?! there's a significant service leak in this hotel, there's no communication between departments, it is a mess!! Avoid at all cost!
