We were seated outside .. NO A/C, bad weather , not wat to enjoy dinner at all, if we would have been told that we will be seated in the patio we would have cancelled .. Bad experience ... a shame since I've been able to dine inside many times... Hope Management would have alert us of the situation/seating area to make a decision prior to arriving the restaurant
There's a certain magic at Faena you can't quite name; but you feel it. From Alan's vision down to Axel's flawless service, it all runs like theater. The ambiance is so peaceful my guest didn't even realize the music was live (candidly, neither did I). Axel appeared at just the right moments, every time, never rushed, never absent. We ate everything. The Sunday Asado was abundant without being wasteful, full of flavor and intention. And the burnt cheesecake?...
The food and service are superb. Michael was our server and made the experience well worth it. He was very attentive and made sure that all of our accommodations where met. The quality of food was exquisite and food presentation was beautiful.
