Vida is one of those restaurants that looks a lot better than it tastes. Located inside the iconic Fontainebleau, it gives off the polished, upscale vibe you’d expect—but once you sit down and start eating, it’s clear the experience is more form than substance.
I came here for the buffet, which was… okay. They had a decent spread: scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, pastries, some fruit, and a few other staples. Everything looked nice on the surface, but most of it tasted just average. The eggs were a bit runny, the bacon wasn’t particularly crispy, and the pastries felt like they came out of a hotel catering freezer rather than a fresh bakery. Nothing was bad, just not memorable—especially considering the price.
Service was professional but not especially warm or engaging. They got the job done, but there wasn’t that personal touch or energy you’d hope for at a resort like this.
All in all, Vida is fine if you’re staying at the hotel and want something convenient without venturing out. But if you’re expecting something that stands out or competes with Miami’s food scene, this isn’t it. Definitely a case of “you’re paying for the location.
The breakfast was amazing!! Just delicious. I think actually it’s pretty reasonable priced for what you get, especially in Miami. Tip is included in the bill, FYI!
I had high expectations for this restaurant for breakfast. I went there very hungry and was sorely disappointed in the quality of the food. The poached eggs had a weird gooey texture, the hash browns were just a deep fried patty, the sausages didn't taste good, and there was not even a sign of fruit or something colorful to make the dish more palatable. Coffee was also terrible. I was so hungry, but I ate only half of the meal and left the rest. The service was great, but what an awful meal for $29. With tip and tax it was closer to $40.
Good brunch! Everything was fresh and tasty. But for the price, they should be able to make eggs any style for you (poached/boiled, etc).
Breakfast buffet and menu here is really good and their buffet spread is so nice! Ordered from the menu one day and that was delicious too! We came in for lunch once and food was great. Definitely stop in!
Our server, Belford, was terrific. He explained the menu options and described items in perfect detail. He was also friendly and attentive throughout our meal. The pomegranate margaritas and the coconut mojitos were delicious. Upon Belford's recommendation, two of us ordered the roasted half chicken which was crisp on th eoutside and juicy on the inside. A great dish if you are hungry. The spicy tuna sushi was so good, one of our party members ordered a second serving! Wonderful options, perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. HIghly recommend this lunch spot.
After a well deserved and scathing review of The Fountainbleu Hotel…..I wanted to make sure that I left a review for this restaurant and the entre staff working the breakfast buffet this morning….AMAZING!
The hostess, the waitress, the sweet woman at the omelet station were such a joy and the highlight of our interactions during our stay here. Thank you!
The ambience is nice. I ordered a kale salad, which was very good. I also ordered the grilled cheese and tomato basil soup. The soup was warm. I prefer it hot. . The seat I was sitting in had some of the vinyl torn. Reminded me of sitting in a vinyl seat at a diner. Didn't expect that at this hotel restaurant
If you're looking for a fantastic breakfast spot in Las Vegas, Vida Restaurant at the Fontainebleau is a must-visit. I recently had the pleasure of trying their Steak and Eggs, and it was absolutely delicious!
The steak was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. Paired with perfectly sunny side up eggs, it was a hearty and satisfying meal that set the tone for a great day. The presentation was elegant, and the portion size was just right.
The ambiance at Vida is modern and chic, with a relaxed vibe that makes it perfect for a leisurely breakfast. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who made the experience even more enjoyable.
Whether you're staying at the Fontainebleau or just exploring Las Vegas, Vida Restaurant is a top choice for breakfast. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu! Highly recommend the Steak and Eggs—it's a winner!
Eggs Benedict was a hard boiled egg over lunch meat ham for $24. Had to wait 20 minutes for a table. Service was horrible, food was worse.

Are you kidding one breakfast place for this entire hotel??? Nothing custom except the prices.
Outstanding Food,Superb Service and a Wonderful selection at the buffet !! Truly a total experience I will definitely repeat again next Thanksgiving! Great job by everyone
The Thanksgiving buffet was outstanding and included traditional Thanksgiving foods as well as huge shrimp, prime rib and lots more
Raw bar includes stone crab claws and massive jumbo shrimp so makes the overall price worth it. Very nice service with friendly people.
Will definitely be back to your restaurant. Great food great service and great ambiance!!!!
