Our server, Belford, was terrific. He explained the menu options and described items in perfect detail. He was also friendly and attentive throughout our meal. The pomegranate margaritas and the coconut mojitos were delicious. Upon Belford's recommendation, two of us ordered the roasted half chicken which was crisp on th eoutside and juicy on the inside. A great dish if you are hungry. The spicy tuna sushi was so good, one of our party members ordered a second serving! Wonderful options, perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. HIghly recommend this lunch spot.
The ambience is nice. I ordered a kale salad, which was very good. I also ordered the grilled cheese and tomato basil soup. The soup was warm. I prefer it hot. . The seat I was sitting in had some of the vinyl torn. Reminded me of sitting in a vinyl seat at a diner. Didn't expect that at this hotel restaurant
Outstanding Food,Superb Service and a Wonderful selection at the buffet !! Truly a total experience I will definitely repeat again next Thanksgiving! Great job by everyone
The Thanksgiving buffet was outstanding and included traditional Thanksgiving foods as well as huge shrimp, prime rib and lots more
Raw bar includes stone crab claws and massive jumbo shrimp so makes the overall price worth it. Very nice service with friendly people.
First time dining at Vida for Brunch… i thought it must be a Five 🌟 however it was not. Little to choose from. It was very basic. The Aerospace Squadron far has the best Brunch in all South Florida!!!

Had the absolute BEST spinach and artichoke dip I’ve ever had, and I think it’s now ruined it for me anywhere else. It was absolutely delicious and then add in the fresh bread and I can’t even! Order it.

Having breakfast at 7:30 an not being properly seated by the hostess, considering I’m 8 months pregnant she decided to sit two people in a tight 6 person booth after we asked her if she had a more comfortable booth. The food was decent for a neighborhood restaurant but two avocado toasts two smoothies and one coffee for $99 plus awful service doesn’t really make me want to ever go back. Save your baby moon cravings for another restaurant in the hotel.

I don't give them 0 because you can't!!
I am a guest at 1422 Chateau Tower
Terrible reception at breakfast, little variety of food... we spent 15 minutes waiting for an orange juice!
They have almost no options for spicy Japanese eggs at 7:00am
A couple of chicken sausages and yogurt!
Nothing to do with a 5-star breakfast!
And on top of that, the treatment was not at all courteous!
Nobody bothered to say good morning!
I do not recommend this site at least
For breakfast !

The pancakes were really delicious but there were only two.
The avocado toast is OK but not for big appetites. The place is cold in every sense of the word, in terms of atmosphere and air conditioning on full blast. The buffet is okay. The latte is good. The prices are very high however. The hostesses at reception are not friendly.

TERRIBLE WAITERS!!!!
If you go through my reviews you will see that it’s super rare when I leave bad reviews. But this is already absurd. It took me 3 days to take my phone in my hands and decide to write this review!
People come on vacation to relax, to have fun, because it’s their escape from chaotic work routines. When u come to a resort u expect people to be friendly and nice.
First day we were here grabbing breakfast, we arrived early from airport and we didnt check in yet, but I’m guessing waiters decide to treat you a certain way by the way you are dressed? Because we looked tired and we were wearing comfy sweats. Waiter was being super rude, he was not in the mood ,but we decided to just ignore it and conclusion was maybe he simple isn’t in the mood.
Second day our waiter was actually very friendly, I wish I took his name down but he was super friendly and caring. We were so happy that the service was amazing finally and everyone was in good mood.
BUT TODAY ITS OUT OF THE LINE!
Waiter’s name is ABEL! He came up to us and greeted us like he didn’t even want to speak to us. He kept giving us a dirty look, when he took our order down he kept getting my order wrong and I kept repeating myself and he caught a very nasty attitude; I just gave him a silent stare because I felt disrespected by such behavior and I’m usually very friendly with everyone. He proceeded to take order of my friends and same disgusting treatment. As he walked off I said I had enough. We are here not for free, we are customers who are spending money, he isn’t doing us a favor we are here because hotel and restaurant carries a great reputation , but after this type of treatment I will no longer even plan to come back here, because service is absolutely disgusting.
Your clientele deserve better treatment than this. Every client is here trying to relax, be in a good mood and rest from this kind of chaos and your waiters are literally ruining it from early in the morning for them. Your clients deserve better!!!
Mr. ABEL if you are reading this I hope you will fix your very disrespectful behavior towards your clients and if you dislike your job so much then please leave , because we don’t deserve this type of behavior and someone much more friendly who will be grateful for his job will take over your position! Thank you!
Just want to mention that whoever works in the back, the busboys and chefs are absolutely friendly and we wanna thank them for being so polite and nice. We appreciate them and all the work they do.
Stay away from the breakfast, one of the worst I've ever had. French toast was undercooked and the eggs Benedict had the most miniscule amount of ham and the driest English muffin which really ruined the whole experience.

Our server name was Mike, We ordered la carte.
We like our latte with croissants so we asked for chocolate croissants but Mike told us to go get it from the buffet and he wouldn't charge us for it. If we wanted to eat from the buffet we would have order the buffet. Very poor experience!
