We were told that the stone crab ran out early. Not worth the price if the good stuff they advertised that was going to be on the menu run out at 6:45 dinner reservation
Too Much money. Food is horrible. Not too Many options. Not the best place to go with children.
The staff and the team that work at Vida are incredible. I have an egg allergy- I wrote the restaurant and not only did the manager get back to me but so didn't the chef , the general manager and the pastry chef. A special thank you to Julian,Megan and David who made sure that I had a wonderful experience for Thanksgiving. Vida has a buffet to suit any palate- from an abundance of seafood choices to traditional turkey, Prime Rib and sides fit for a King. If I mentioned everything that is an option , the review would be endless. The desserts have their own section and once you are there you can understand why. To the team that consistently takes away dirty plates and refills your drink orders, they are just friendly and personable. I come every year for Thanksgiving with my husband and we are different ends of the spectrum as far is food- and we both always walk away- full , happy and overwhelmingly satisfied. I will continue to come for thanksgiving as long as they are doing the buffet. Thank you again to the entire team at Vida for not only working on a busy holiday but providing a fine dining experience as well.
We were able to enjoy the Thanksgiving feast. It was exceptional. Tons of breads and good salad choices, seafood was a huge hit with all at the table, the roast beef was outstanding, the turkey was a little dry. I wanted dark meat they didn't have that and we were the first sitting. the fixings we good, loved the chestnut stuffing the most and mac & cheese was a good indulgence I don't normally partake in, this was nice a creamy. The welcome drink was strong and delicious. The dessert spread was to die for. All good all the time. Hoping they make this Thanksgiving buffet a tradition. If they do, we will. :-)
Great buffet, it's not very big but they have a good selection of items. Fresh omelets, cereal, oatmeal, toast/bagels, etc. One of my favorite things was the little jars of fancy ketchup, it was delish đ It's hard to go back to the regular kind after that đ«€

Vida is one of those restaurants that looks a lot better than it tastes. Located inside the iconic Fontainebleau, it gives off the polished, upscale vibe youâd expectâbut once you sit down and start eating, itâs clear the experience is more form than substance.
I came here for the buffet, which was⊠okay. They had a decent spread: scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, pastries, some fruit, and a few other staples. Everything looked nice on the surface, but most of it tasted just average. The eggs were a bit runny, the bacon wasnât particularly crispy, and the pastries felt like they came out of a hotel catering freezer rather than a fresh bakery. Nothing was bad, just not memorableâespecially considering the price.
Service was professional but not especially warm or engaging. They got the job done, but there wasnât that personal touch or energy youâd hope for at a resort like this.
All in all, Vida is fine if youâre staying at the hotel and want something convenient without venturing out. But if youâre expecting something that stands out or competes with Miamiâs food scene, this isnât it. Definitely a case of âyouâre paying for the location.

The breakfast was amazing!! Just delicious. I think actually itâs pretty reasonable priced for what you get, especially in Miami. Tip is included in the bill, FYI!
I had high expectations for this restaurant for breakfast. I went there very hungry and was sorely disappointed in the quality of the food. The poached eggs had a weird gooey texture, the hash browns were just a deep fried patty, the sausages didn't taste good, and there was not even a sign of fruit or something colorful to make the dish more palatable. Coffee was also terrible. I was so hungry, but I ate only half of the meal and left the rest. The service was great, but what an awful meal for $29. With tip and tax it was closer to $40.
Good brunch! Everything was fresh and tasty. But for the price, they should be able to make eggs any style for you (poached/boiled, etc).

Breakfast buffet and menu here is really good and their buffet spread is so nice! Ordered from the menu one day and that was delicious too! We came in for lunch once and food was great. Definitely stop in!
Our server, Belford, was terrific. He explained the menu options and described items in perfect detail. He was also friendly and attentive throughout our meal. The pomegranate margaritas and the coconut mojitos were delicious. Upon Belford's recommendation, two of us ordered the roasted half chicken which was crisp on th eoutside and juicy on the inside. A great dish if you are hungry. The spicy tuna sushi was so good, one of our party members ordered a second serving! Wonderful options, perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. HIghly recommend this lunch spot.
After a well deserved and scathing review of The Fountainbleu HotelâŠ..I wanted to make sure that I left a review for this restaurant and the entre staff working the breakfast buffet this morningâŠ.AMAZING!
The hostess, the waitress, the sweet woman at the omelet station were such a joy and the highlight of our interactions during our stay here. Thank you!
The ambience is nice. I ordered a kale salad, which was very good. I also ordered the grilled cheese and tomato basil soup. The soup was warm. I prefer it hot. . The seat I was sitting in had some of the vinyl torn. Reminded me of sitting in a vinyl seat at a diner. Didn't expect that at this hotel restaurant
If you're looking for a fantastic breakfast spot in Las Vegas, Vida Restaurant at the Fontainebleau is a must-visit. I recently had the pleasure of trying their Steak and Eggs, and it was absolutely delicious!
The steak was cooked to perfectionâjuicy, tender, and packed with flavor. Paired with perfectly sunny side up eggs, it was a hearty and satisfying meal that set the tone for a great day. The presentation was elegant, and the portion size was just right.
The ambiance at Vida is modern and chic, with a relaxed vibe that makes it perfect for a leisurely breakfast. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who made the experience even more enjoyable.
Whether you're staying at the Fontainebleau or just exploring Las Vegas, Vida Restaurant is a top choice for breakfast. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu! Highly recommend the Steak and Eggsâit's a winner!
