My friend invited me to a very luxurious and exclusive restaurant in Miami Beach. We dined, loved the experience, and felt very well attended to. The waiter served us excellently, the drinks were good, and the food was delicious. However, when it came time to pay the bill, we were given two receipts (see the photo): one for $340.08, which we found acceptable, but the payment slip was for $659.03. (OMG, they were going to rob us!) We were two girls: one drunk and asleep, and the other with limited English. This is intended as a bad review of an exclusive restaurant in Miami Beach.

Que es esto?? Se aprovechan de dos mujeres solas??

Oh dear! That was really a huge disappointment!
The ambience is okay, the music is good, but the service and food are subpar and the wines are absurdly overpriced. The poor quality of the food is really consistent here. The olive oil is cheap and oxidized, the tuna starter is over-acidic and irrelevant, the advertised spaghetti carbonara is just fatty and the expensive ribeye on the bone is a disgrace.
We were happy and grateful when we were outside again.
Please save yourself a big disappointment! Disaster!!!!

This was hands down the most appalling New Years dining experience I've ever had. If I could give this restaurant a negative 10-star rating, I would. Do not waste your time or money here—it’s a complete scam.

I was charged an outrageous $800 for a reservation for two, expecting a premium experience, but it turned out to be nothing short of a disaster. The restaurant was grossly understaffed, overpriced, and utterly chaotic. Over the course of three hours, we saw our server only three times.

We waited over two hours for food to arrive and an hour for a single drink. Between each brief interaction with the server, there were 45-minute to 1-hour gaps, leaving us sitting with absolutely nothing on the table for an extended period. It was humiliating and infuriating.

When I brought these issues to the owner's attention, they outright refused to offer any sort of refund or compensation for this disastrous evening. The lack of accountability and customer care was staggering.

This place should be avoided at all costs. Overpriced, understaffed, and managed with complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

The service and the atmosphere was great. The food, however, was lacking. We order the wagyu steak and octopus appetizers. The octopus was good, but the steak was bland, with absolutely no seasoning. We ordered the sea bass and wagyu steak for dinner. The sea bass was so tough, but my son enjoyed the steak. I simply hate a fancy restaurant with subpar food.

It was my birthday. They accommodated my party of 11 last night literally within 20 minutes of us getting there because we had an issue with another place that we had reservations at. I’m so happy It all worked out the way it did. The gentleman that answered the phone was very professional, sweet and responsive. The waiter did an amazing job. Everything came out delicious. We are very happy and we highly recommend for any events, especially birthdays, anniversaries or just date night. Thank you villa azur
