If you like small, overpriced, flavorless portions with no dietary accommodations, go here. My friend and I were asked three times what our food restrictions are, at the bottom of the hotel, at the front desk of the restaurant, and at the table by our waitress (as if they cared). We ordered food and were told ten minutes after ordering that one of our meals contained gluten, which was a food restriction. The other received a crispy asparagus roll, with raw asparagus. Not good for vegans or vegetarians, or anyone who cares about food quality.

The restaurant offers a beautiful ambiance and well-prepared dishes, with attentive service from the waitstaff. However, the hosting experience left much to be desired. A reasonable guest request, which could have been accommodated, was unfortunately declined without effort, detracting from an otherwise pleasant evening. Improvement in front-of-house hospitality would elevate the overall experience.

Place is just ok, and one is limited to a small area. Only hotel guest experience the full roof top. Also, even though we went for lunch and the place was empty, they would not let me sit at a table and order drinks plus appetizers while the rest of my part arrived. Our waiter was nice and attentive. In summary: not worth the hype at all! Will not go back.

The service, however, was great. Our server was super friendly and helpful, which made the visit more enjoyable. One frustrating part: when we arrived, the hostess told us they were fully booked and only letting hotel guests up. Understandable—except I checked OpenTable and saw plenty of availability. I made a reservation on the spot, right in front of her, and others behind me did the same. It just doesn't make sense to say you're full when you're not.

I was here in September. My reservation was at 6:30pm, and I’ll tell you, it’s the best time because this restaurant is on the rooftop, and it’s very beautiful. By the time you take a few pictures, they’ll bring your food, and you can enjoy an incredible meal during the sunset. I had the spicy tuna roll and chicken dumplings, and it was unbelievably delicious. The ingredients are high-quality, and the dishes are prepared to perfection. Thank you to the staff for the excellent service—I’m impressed! I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. You’re the best, and I wish you continued success! Thank you for being here!

One of my fav rooftops at South Beach! It is nicer during sunset, but we were late and missed it this time. We had spicy tuna roll and frozen margarita with tajin. Even they did not have frozen margarita, Melissa was able to make it for us. She is friendly and has very nice attitude ❤️

Brought all of the appetizers and entrees at once within 5 min of ordering (even the miso black cod). All of the fish in the rolls was super fishy and the cod was incredibly salty. We let the waiter know how salty and inedible the miso cod is and he simply took it away (without removing it from the bill). Overall 1/5 experience.
