Loved this place a lot! We came in for the atmosphere and loved the whole experience, our waiter Juan did an amazing job accommodatin our picky requests and to top it off gave us a complementary desert when they knew we were celebrating big news! The Chicken Gyoza and crazy shrimp noodles were my fav orders, along with all the rolls we ordered, I surely recommend it!

Raemu elevated this experience - full stop. What began as a simple bachlorette brunch to start the day evolved into a rich culinary and mixology event because of how knowledgeable Raemu is about the menu and about food in general. This is my first time at Watr and I'm not a frequent Miami tourist, but I'm now an advocate for both based on my limited time here. I hope management - at both the restaurant and 1 Hotel - understands what a business advantage it is to have her on the team.

The place is stunning and the views are incredible, which adds a lot to the experience. The ambiance and setting make you feel like you’re somewhere special. But the food didn’t live up to expectations it was disappointing and bland in parts. During the day it gets hot inside, making some areas uncomfortable. Overall it’s beautiful and memorable, though there’s room for improvement in the dining and climate control.

I don’t like to leave a bad review however they changed our waiters three times. It was a stretch to give you a three they don’t have 2 1/2 the food I think was late to the table and lastly at least not a good note the ambience and atmosphere Was very nice.

We had the most incredible experience at the 1 Hotel Rooftop Pool, and Patrick was a huge reason why! From the moment we arrived, he made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great time.
Patrick’s energy is unmatched—friendly, attentive, and genuinely fun to be around. He checked on us often without being overbearing and made sure everything we needed was taken care of quickly. His upbeat personality brought such a good vibe to the day, and he made us feel like VIP guests the entire time.
If you’re lucky enough to be at the rooftop pool when Patrick is working, you’re guaranteed to have a fantastic experience. He truly elevated our visit and turned a great afternoon into an unforgettable one.
Highly recommend asking for Patrick when you visit the rooftop pool—he’s the best!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Watr at 1 Hotel South Beach! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and taken care of. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making the entire evening feel special. We got the perfect table with a stunning view, and everything, from the food presentation to the flavors was outstanding! Every dish was beautifully plated and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere, music, and overall vibe made it the perfect spot for a night out. We're definitely going back soon! Highly recommend!!!

1 Hotel is definitely top notch, Wtr Rooftop besides of having a great view , ambiance, has excellent food and service is incredible , Gustavo did great suggestions and it was truly an experience. I highly recommend, it’s a great place to have a nice , placid lunch .
Water Roll sushi was goodd 9/10 . The Ora salmon wasn’t surprising… 7/10. View is great drinks are ok.

We came by to grab a quick bite for dinner, was able to get a table without reservations. The place was beautiful and romantic with outdoor rooftop lush green and string lights everywhere. The food is unfortunately not up to far where the sides are much better than the entrees. We got the aburi scallop role which good but easily outshined by the ginger and garlic steamed rice and grilled veggies side. We also tried the special noodle which was their new item on the menu and it needs a bit more work but our server resolve this very quickly and professionally.
