My friends and I made a reservation for 3 for Super Bowl Sunday. There was no information provided that there was a “special” going on, and when we arrived we were told there was a $50 per person min. I believe he was a manager came to try to explain how this “special” worked. It seemed they were short staffed as it took over 10 min to place our drink order. They were airing the game but their TVs were out of sync with each other and with the audio. We were told that since we didn't know about the “special” we would only be accountable for up to $100 . When we went to cash out the bill was double that and there was no break down of the items billed beyond “open drink, open food open beer” etc. the bill was $200 and when we asked the manager to clarify, he just said what was on the bill was what we owed. Communication was bad start to finish. I don't see how we got a deal when we could have just ordered the menu items. When asked for clarification we did not get it.

Honestly, a low quality experience in all terms. We ordered a strawberry margarita, and a mango flavored beer. They didn’t brought us none of those, changed the drinks and didn’t tell us before. They just brought us different drinks. One of the glasses was dirty and after telling to the waitress, she did nothing. We also ordered some tacos and quesadillas. They are very small but that’s okay. One of the tacos had a trace of chewing gum. Please avoid this place.

Not really good, better not to go! Food is okay, but drinks are bad, margaritas are not margaritas at all. Plus the atmosphere is really strange

I'm not a huge fan of Nick Cannon but this place was a pretty cool experience. The room we stayed in was above this establishment and it turned out to be a worthy experience. We stopped by every day of our trip basically for a few margaritas. The bartender Louise was super nice and made sure we left properly inebriated. This place has potential to be great or probably once was really nice. The building has some need of repairs and cosmetic touch ups but everything else was pretty good. They have a great drink menu and also are very affordable. We ordered a lunch time smash burger for $5 that was totally worth it. As I write this I am seated at the bar and am enjoying today's first margarita. I'd say stop by and give it a shot if you're out and about in the south beach area.

This place sucks. I paid $54 for a smash burger with onion rings and non alcoholic piña colada Onion rings are a 5 dollar upcharge and there’s a 20% gratuity automatically added to your bill. But here’s the kicker, I left my card in the bill sleeve on the table and went back the next day to retrieve it, the place was supposed to open at 11, i waited until 12:30 and nobody showed up. Had to catch a flight back to DC at 3. Not only did they rob me that night of $54 one of the servers took themselves on a spree on my dime. Whichever one of you spent $200 at sugar factory and was spending hundreds at M2 on January 19th and 18th is a thief. I suggest you keep them away from the till smh. Nick Cannon you and this place is garbage. I wish had another hand to give it 3 thumbs down. Go anywhere else on ocean avenue to eat.

Our server was Daniary S and honestly we feel taken advantage of. Our service was EXTREMELY slow, but we are midwesterners so we were going to leave a 20% tip anyways because we know how hard servers work. Well she pressured us to give her cash and then later on the bill found out that they charge an extra 20% service fee, 15% of which goes to the wait staff. So, honestly I would not recommend this place. Bad welcome to our first time in Miami.

I am completely shocked by the shared experience at this establishment! The place is pretty, waitresses were friendly however like me and many on this comment section I could not believe when I returned from the restroom that my niece and her husband who came in from Tampa were asked to leave Extra tip in cash on top of the tip that was already included in the bill for total $92. I had six buffalo wings which were delicious I think that was $18, my niece husband he has some fries with cheese it was good with some meat on it however my niece ordered miniscued tacos with no sour cream or guacamole which we were later informed that that does not come with that particular one we asked bring it out we'll pray extra! also, her white rice was hard, almost like it came from the bottom of the barrel. We went on a Saturday evening & there might have been only three families in there! By the time they bought out the fresh rice, they did not bring the beans, so she had to wait for that! I asked to speak to the manager concerning the shenanigans about asking my guests for cash tip on top of it was already included in the bill he was very amicable and even asked if I wanted to have a meeting with her I said it was not necessary. I just wanted him to be aware of what's going on at his restaurant. I've been on that other side and that would not be tolerated at my place of business. You treat your customers as guests to your precious establishment without begging for cash tips that were already included for.

Do NOT come here. After we got seated, we waited 20 minutes and still weren’t served anything. Didn’t even get our drinks! Eventually the food came- I ordered the buttermilk pancakes and they came BURNT. Only the very top one was edible, but not as burnt as the other ones. We tried ordering coffee and they didn’t have any, yet it’s in their menu… Don’t come here.
