The workers here are very rude and disrespectful. Have no home training and are very ignorant. Do not eat here and the manager is OK with all of this. I tried to file a complaint and he was rude and disrespectful to me too. I repeat do not come here.‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Cool, and can be private in the evening, atmosphere! We visited after sun down. Outdoor seating in lush landscaping, water feature, umbrella, patio. Connected with The Tony Hotel, the pricing is affordable, the drinks big, and our server was awesome. We devoured the chocolate lave cake, along with strawberry and mango daiquiris and pina coladas.

Miserable service! The bartender/server didn't smile or even look at me when talking. Replied with one-word answers. Immediately lost our business. Not surprised it was almost empty on a Saturday at dinner time. Show your customers a little respect.

Great location for dinner, Good menu, excellent food and i can't believe that we almost had the place to ourselves.

Very bad food. They have Mexican options but they are expensive, the pizza is raw! Better options next door!

Good hotel restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised. They serve the food at the hotel's rooftop pool as well.Cocktails are solid and their club sandwich was pretty good and generous, there's enough food for 2.I recommend in the area for something good and reasonably priced

Fantastic food, great wine and brilliant service. We are definitely hoping to come back here again during our holiday. We've been in America for a week and this has been the best restaurant so far.

We had a burger and a fish sandwich. Burger was over cooked and not really tasty. The fish was dry, with a rectangle shape indicating its industrial origin. Heavy fries. Average lunch.

Location could not be better being less than 200 yards from Ocean Drive and the beach. Customer service was brilliant from the moment we arrived. Hotel was super clean throughout. Rooftop pool was brilliant - never struggled for a sun lounger and they had three undercover seating areas, like mini cabanas which were great to escape the sun. We had breakfast by the pool one day, drinks in the ground floor garden area and lunch at the bar - all were fantastic - would highly recommend and would definitely go back.

I recently stayed at The Tony Hotel South Beach. I was pleased with the hotel accommodations, staff and room. The rooftop pool is great. David, the concierge, is the best. He provided lots of restaurant recommendations and activity ideas. I recommend this hotel. Mention you are a hotel guest at News Cafe and you get a discount.
