This was a great find on my recent trip to Miami Beach. I wanted something local and less touristy, and they really hit the mark. I just got a basic iced latte, but y he espresso was DELICIOUS. The baked goods were also great. I went 3 mornings in a row, and they recognized me and remembered my order by the 3rd morning. ?❤️ XO is located in a food hall, so there are other vendors to check out while you’re there and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. It’s a great atmosphere and located conveniently close to the shops on Lincoln Road. You should definitely check it out if you’re in the area!

I recently visited XO and was really impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I always look for unsweetened matcha, which can be hard to find since many places only offer sweet options. Not only did they have unsweetened matcha, but they also had unsweetened almond milk available—a big plus for me! Overall, I absolutely loved their matcha and appreciated the great options they provided.

Cute coffee stand inside the Lincoln Eatery with a ton of other food stall cuisine options. XO is clean, offers all different types of coffee including third wave, and colorful supplements to make rainbow colored lattes. Very hip but coffee is still delicious. We got an 8oz cappucino and a 16oz cold brew, both tasted awesome. Staff seemed a little annoyed & quiet, but it didnt tarnish the experience. Would definitely go back when in the area!

My partner and I went here last week to get a coffee about 9 am and the service of the staff was horrendous. I ordered two drinks which the girl inputted incorrectly even when I repeated myself twice. Whilst waiting for the drinks the guy shouted one of the items and I wanted to check it was almond milk as he didn’t mention the milk type and I cannot have lactose, he was so rude and ultimately ignored me until I asked again. The second drink arrived and it was incorrect as I mentioned the girl out it in the machine wrong and I double checked and her reply was’ Yh yaya what you told me ‘ and then turned away. Horrendous service and a flat out lie. Also whilst waiting for the coffee the guy was having a conversation with someone else who worked that there and when we asked questions it was like we disturbed him. Would not return based on the service
