We walked in eager to enjoy some ice cream. There was a chunky, African American looking, young lady/employee, maybe early twenties, leaning against the counter. We were the only customers in the store. As soon as we came in, we stopped in front of the employee, looking at the flavors...the employee actually turned her back to us (FYI: we are a white couple in our late fifties).We stood in front of her, looking at her and she refused to look at us, or acknowledge our presence in any way... i.e. say hi, welcome, may I help you.As we were leaving( without ice cream and acknowledgment from the so called employee), I looked back and she turned back around as she was when we walked in... facing the customer counter.This girl is collecting a paycheck for no reason... basically theft, annnnd is making Haagen Daz lose money. When we were leaving Lincoln Road and walked by the store, I looked over and no customers were inside.This young lady apparently has a serious problem with white people and/or has a horrible work ethic!!!!If she were my employee, she would be GONE!!!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. For for first 5 minutes I was ignored while the worker did chores. She the. Said NOT A SINGLE WORD to me for our transaction . Very rude and considering the price I expected a little more. The folks that came in afterward were treated just as badly. This is her in the back room while customers wait.EDIT: shortly after we finished . A small group left because SHE STAYED IN THE BACK (see second photo)

Captain Obvious here... must be really tough to get employees who at least pretend to want to work here. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone ever move sooo slow. That girl was not helpful in every way.

Chris was the person who served me just right now. Since the first moment we entered to the store was so rude with us. We leave the store saying thank you and he never answered. I did tip to him not because he deserve it, I did because when he will notice I want he think on the way he treated a simple customer. My mom told me: is just a kid. But kid, if you don’t want work, don’t do it, and give the opportunity to other people who really deserve to work

Fast, friendly service and very extensive selection of ice creams. Bonus is that they're open until 11PM right next to plaza fountains. Expensive but worth it.

the employees here are super nice. I went on a saturday, it wasnt as packed as i see in some pictures. They have a variety of flavors. The price for the scoop is a bit not proportional. i say this because the scoop is a bit tiny, its smaller than my fist.What is that!! not sure if anyone ever heard of this saying, but "people have a separate stomach just for desert." which basically means we can eat alot until you stomach is full, but you will always have room for desert! :) :)

Me and the whole crew got some damn good smoothies and a sizzling Miami day. Place has only a few seats but its meant for you to get your stuff and keep walking the mall. Staff was quick and accommodating.
