Visited the one in Miami Gardens for the very first time and was very disappointed to say the lease, ordered oxtail dinner for 30 dollars, the oxtails were cut super thin and i had maybe 5 in the container with a ton of gravy. the flavor was on point but the portion of ox tails are way to small for the price.
The food is a dumpster fire.

I ask for my griot not to be cook dry and i said it twice so the lady taken my order understand she said yes but I got my food it was dry and hard I couldn't eat the griot waste of money

I waited in line for 40 minutes after ordering my food. There was no customer just me. No excuse for the long waiting time. That’s horrible service for a fast food restaurant. Never coming back

The food was served cold, and we had to wait over 20 minutes. The plantains tasted like leftovers, which was very disappointing. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations and felt like a waste of money, especially for the jerk wings. If plantains are unavailable, customers should be informed rather than served reheated ones. microwaved plantains are not acceptable. I also noticed they have a sign about attitudes not being acceptable, and unfortunately, that now makes sense. I love Chef Creole’s food, but this location will not see me again.

The food here is amazing. Never disappoints. The griot with the bunan pezze and pikliz is my favorite and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for it.
