“I visited on a quiet Monday morning when the cafe was empty except for myself and two baristas. I ordered a matcha latte with vanilla and a croissant. I’ll start by saying the matcha was definitely high quality and clearly prepped with care (was not clumpy whatsoever). However, I had asked for vanilla to be added and could barely taste it in the drink. It also took nearly 15 minutes to receive the croissant, which I found odd considering I was served my drink first, and if you are an avid matcha drinker, you know that takes a decent amount of time to make.
During the wait, the two baristas were conversing with each other (quite loud I might add) including some complaints about the company and wages, which felt unprofessional with customers in the lobby. That said, both the matcha and the croissant tasted great—I just think the overall experience could have been more attentive.“

“Amazing ambiance, amazing coffee, amazing people. Perfect place to spend hours studying or catching up with a friend. Beautiful outdoor area and free wifi. Tables tend to fill up and you may have to wait a moment or two for someone to leave depending on the time of day. I also appreciate their student/teacher discount!“

“Amazing drip iced coffee, service was great and the barista was knowledgeable, very friendly and shared information about their specialty coffees. Highly recommend for a coffee or pastry. They could use couches or lounge chairs inside for a more relaxing vibe.“

“The organic coffee is my favorite. This location is cool because you can peek at their roasting plant. Plus it’s chill. Aurora made me a delicious pour over and she had me laughing with her stories as she made my coffee - we connected over her wealth of knowledge and passion for coffee.“

“I have been to two (2) locations. One in Sunset Harbor and the other in The Betsy Hotel on Collins in South Beach. The coffee was great and I had superior service at the Sunset Harbor location. However, if I had gone to the Collins Ave location first, I would never drink the coffee again. The cashier was down right rude, unhelpful and couldn’t care less that I was there. If it were my business, she would have been fired on the spot!“
