“Lovely spot 9/10 the garden, was greeted by the garden cat and had excellently prepared Americano the wife had a cappuccino and continental breakfast. Reviews about service don't mention that the server is making the drinks soooo maybe give them a break. We will go back.“

“I love coming here to work and for pleasure, it's my favorite local coffee shop. The service and attention to detail is incredible and they are very dog friendly (always giving pupcups). The mocha milkshake and mini pan de bonbons are my favorite items on the menu. Definitely worth the visit!“

“Friendly staff and great proper coffee! None of this diluted rubbish your find in a lot of American coffee shops! We ordered a cappuccino and iced latte and usually all you taste is milk but these were proper yay!! Nutella croissant was very good too!

“A hidden gem in Brickell. I’ve tried most of the coffee shops and this is one of the better quality preparations I’ve had! Not the friendliest service though but for good coffee it’s a trade off I’m willing to make. They have a few delicious looking pastries available for purchase. The lobby area it was in was so peaceful on a Saturday morning. Seems like a nice quiet spot to post up on the weekends. I will definitely be back. Vanilla Latte with skim was close to $8.“

“The was my first time going to Whole Foods. It was great having Whole Foods right across the street from the hotel I was staying. They had fresh fruit and other grocery items. Plus, they served hot and cold ready to eat food. Very healthy. And very friendly staff.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place genuinely deserves it. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm and inviting—soft music, clean space, and that perfect coffee aroma that just hits you instantly. I ordered an iced vanilla latte and a croissant, and both were honestly amazing. The coffee wasn’t too sweet or watered down like you find at a lot of places—it was smooth, balanced, and you could tell they use quality beans.
What really stood out to me though was the customer service. The barista actually took the time to ask how my day was going, and it didn’t feel forced or scripted. It’s rare to find places where people seem like they actually enjoy being there, and it made a big difference in my experience.“

“I have been to two (2) locations. One in Sunset Harbor and the other in The Betsy Hotel on Collins in South Beach. The coffee was great and I had superior service at the Sunset Harbor location. However, if I had gone to the Collins Ave location first, I would never drink the coffee again. The cashier was down right rude, unhelpful and couldn’t care less that I was there. If it were my business, she would have been fired on the spot!“
