Very informative staff
Always great service. Was informed by the team that there is a new rewards program. Long over due. Edwin is great and very personable
I have never been in person and was instantly greeted by Edwin and Carolina. They were super kind in letting me try different blends and teaching me about my Vertuo machines double espresso feature. Amazing service and just placed an order for the new pumpkin spice cake and maple pods!! Highly rec asking for them and going in person xx

Nespresso Boutique Miami Brickell City Centre offers a warm and inviting vibe with soft music, a clean space, and a perfect coffee aroma. The store is modern and conveniently located. The coffee is genuinely amazing, smooth, balanced, and made with quality beans, such as in an iced vanilla latte. Food like the croissant is also excellent. The customer service is outstanding, phenomenal, and great, with staff that is welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. They provide helpful advice on machines and pods, offer samples, and even allow tastings of freshly brewed new flavors. The service does not feel forced or scripted, making the experience feel genuinely helpful without feeling "sold" to. This location is considered the best in Florida.
